- (1)監督及管理重建空郵中心的進度; 帶領及統籌其他資深專業人員監督及管理重建空郵中心項目，包括興建臨時空郵處理設施及有關安排；
- (2)管理及統籌建築顧問公司、項目管理顧問及其他受委託之顧問；
- (3)監督和管理顧問公司、承建商及其他工程代理的表現；
- (4)管理顧問協議和工程合約；
- (5)監督顧問公司和承建商提交的付款申請；
- (6)與重建空郵中心項目的內部及其他的對外持份者協調，以確有關的要求和標準；
- (7)就顧問公司草擬臨時空郵處理設施和新空郵中心的設計進行審視及提供意見；及
- (8)執行其他與重建空郵中心及香港郵政其他基建發展項目有關的工作。
職責
- (1)To take the lead and co-ordinate with other senior professionals to oversee and manage the deliverables on the redevelopment of Air Mail Centre (AMC) project, including the decantation arrangement and building;
- (2)To manage and coordinate with Architectural Lead Consultant, Project Management Consultant and other specialist consultants appointed for the project;
- (3)To monitor and manage the performance of contractors and other works agents;
- (4)To administer consultant agreements and works contracts;
- (5)To monitor payment applications submitted by consultants and contractors;
- (6)To coordinate with the stakeholders, both internal and external, of the redevelopment of AMC project to establish users’ requirements and standards;
- (7)To comment on the design of the decantation building and the new AMC as prepared by the consultants; and
- (8)To carry out other duties which are relevant to the redevelopment of AMC project and other ongoing infrastructure development projects of Hongkong Post.
入職條件
- (1)為香港建築師學會的會員，或具備同等資格；及為香港建築師註冊管理局的註冊建築師；
- (2)取得上述資格後，具備至少20年相關工作經驗；
- (3)在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（2007年以前應為「課程乙」）取得第2等級（2007年以前應為「E級」）或以上成績，或具備同等成績；
- (4)擁有政府建築項目工作經驗的申請人可獲優先考慮；
- (5)具備良好的中、英文會話和書寫能力；
- (6)具備良好的組織、分析、人際及項目策劃／項目管理技巧；以及
- (7)勤奮進取，具備良好的分析和解難能力。
- (1)Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA), or equivalent; and Registered Architects of the Architects Registration Board (ARB) of Hong Kong;
- (2)A minimum of 20 years’ appropriate post-qualification working experience;
- (3)Level 2 (Grade E before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examinations (HKCEE), or equivalent;
- (4)Preference will be given to candidates with working experience in government building projects;
- (5)Good verbal and written communication skills both in Chinese and English;
- (6)Good organisation, analytical, interpersonal, project planning/project management skills; and
- (7)Diligent, with great initiative and good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
