• (a)Coordinating within the Government and with stakeholders on forward-looking research on strategic, long-term or cross-cutting issues selected;
• (b)Planning and executing the strategic publicity and promotion strategies for policy initiatives;
• (c)Providing secretariat support to task forces and executive support to policy formulation work including conducting research, and coordinating review on existing procedures; and
• (d)Performing any other administrative/supporting duties assigned by the seniors.

Candidate should

• (a)have a Bachelor’s or higher degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
• (b)have at least 10 years’ post-degree full-time work experience in project management and/ or executive position, preferably in the public bodies or Government [See Note 1];
• (c)be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably have Level 3 or above in English Language and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note 2];
• (d)preferably have solid experience in providing secretariat support, especially in government departments or government advisory and statutory bodies;
• (e)have strong organisational ability, and planning, analytical and communications skills;
• (f)have knowledge of computer software applications including MS Word, Powerpoint and Excel; and
• (g)be able to work independently and under pressure.
