職責
助理經理的主要職責包括 -
(a) 為服務單位的日常運作提供行政支援;
(b) 負責一般人事管理、辦公室設備、合約管理、物料供應和採購的事宜;
(c) 負責財政資源管理,包括草擬財政預算和控制資金的運用;
(d) 擔任委員會秘書,並撰寫會議文件和記錄;
(e) 為活動/儀式/研討會/項目提供行政支援及處理公眾查詢/投訴;
(f) 為資訊科技項目,包括系統及網站開發提供行政支援;以及
(g) 督導初級員工。

An Assistant Manager mainly assists in -
(a) providing administrative support to daily office operation of the services;;
(b) handling general personnel management, office accommodation, contract management, supplies and procurement matters;
(c) handling financial resources management, including drafting budgets and controlling use of funds;
(d) serving as secretary of committees and preparing papers and minutes of meetings;
(e) providing administrative support to events / ceremonies / seminars / projects and handling public enquiries / complaint matters;
(f) providing executive support to manage IT projects including systems and website development; and
(g) supervising junior staff.

入職條件
申請人須 -
(a) 持有本港頒授的學士學位,或具同等學歷,持有公共衞生或醫護、英國語文、公共行政、公共政策、人力資源管理或資訊科技相關的學位更佳(註1);
(b) 符合語文能力的要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第3級或以上成績,或具同等成績(註2);以及
(c) 取得有關學歷後,具備七年辦公室行政事務、項目或合約管理/推行、財務管理、人力資源管理、活動籌辦或公共行政範疇的全職工作經驗,曾具備公共衞生或醫護相關的全職工作經驗更佳,當中至少兩年為督導級人員(註3)。

(a) a bachelor degree, preferably in the related fields of Public Health or Healthcare, English, Public Administration, Public Policy, Human Resource Management, or Information Technology from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent (Note 1);
(b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination ("HKDSEE") or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination ("HKCEE"), or equivalent (Note 2); and
(c) seven years of full-time post-qualification work experience in the area of office administration, project or contract management / implementation, financial management, human resources management, campaign organising, public administration, preferably in the related fields of public health or healthcare, with at least two years at supervisory level (Note 3).

Candidates should also have -
(a) good command to communicate in Chinese and English, including Putonghua;
(b) sound analytical, organisation, communication and interpersonal skills;
(c) effective staff and financial resources management skills; and
(d) good command of computer skills in the application of MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and preferably knowledge of managing IT projects.
