- (a)統籌教學資源發展及管理工作，以支援「以英語為母語的英語教師」計劃的推行；
- (b)領導和管理外藉英語教師組轄下的一個由外籍英語教師組成的團隊，為「以英語為母語的英語教師」計劃提供到校專業支援，以及提供英國語文教學支援 ；
- (c)帶領及策劃協作研究及發展計劃(種籽計劃)，以推動課程及教學創新；
- (d)與學校和有關團體建立專業夥伴關係及統籌相關計劃以促進發展學生的廿一世紀讀寫能力及應用英語的能力；

職責
- (a)To coordinate the development and management of learning and teaching resources in support of the Native-speaking English Teacher (NET) Scheme in schools;
- (b)To supervise a team of Native-English Speaking Teachers in the NET Section in providing on-site support for the implementation of the NET Scheme in schools and the learning and teaching of English Language;
- (c)To lead and plan Collaborative Research and Development ("Seed") projects to promote curriculum and pedagogical innovations;
- (d)To build professional partnerships with schools and other parties and coordinate the implementation of initiatives that promote 21st century literacy skills and language arts;
- (e)To plan, develop and deliver centralised and school-based professional development programmes for English Language teachers;
- (f)To provide school-based support in the NET Scheme and related literacy programmes;
- (g)To assist in monitoring the implementation of the Scheme; and
- (h)To undertake any other duties as assigned.
入職條件
- (a)持有香港所頒授主修英國語文、英國文學、英語研究、語言學或現代語言的學士學位，或具備同等學歷[參閱註(ii)]；
- (b)持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書，或具備同等學歷[參閱註(ii)]；
- (c)符合語文能力要求，即在綜合招聘考試兩張語文試卷[中文運用及英文運用]中取得「二級」成績，或具備同等成績[參閱註(iii)]；
- (d)在取得上述(a)及(b)的學歷後，具備不少於10年有關英國語文教學及/或課程發展的經驗[參閱註(iv)]；
- (e)在《基本法及香港國安法》測試中取得及格成績[參閱註(v)]；
- (f)具備教授英語作為外語或第二語言的資歷達證書或以上程度者優先；以及
- (g)良好的領導能力、人才管理及人際技巧。
- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree majoring in English Language, English Literature, English Studies, Linguistics or Modern Languages, or equivalent [see Note (ii)];
- (b)A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent [see Note (ii)];
- (c)Met the language proficiency requirements of 'Level 2' results in the two language papers [Use of Chinese (UC) and Use of English (UE)] in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent [see Note (iii)];
- (d)At least 10 years' relevant post-qualification [as specified in
- (a)and (b)] experience in teaching English and/ or curriculum development in English Language education [see Note (iv)];
- (e)A pass result in the Basic Law and National Security Law Test [see Note (v)];
- (f)Preference will be given to candidates with a Teaching of English as a Foreign Language or a Second Language (TEFL/TESL) qualification at certificate level or above; and
- (g)Good leadership, staff management and interpersonal skills.
入職條件(註)
- (i)高級課程主任(外籍英語教師)職位的申請日期為 2023年3月17日至2023年4月6日。
- (ii)申請人須在申請表上清楚註明所修讀學位課程的主修和副修科目。 語言學、現代語言或翻譯的學位須以英語為主修的語言科目。 申請人如有其他學歷(例如有關科目的碩士或博士學位)，亦須一併在申請表上列明。
- (iii)綜合招聘考試的中文運用及英文運用試卷的成績分為「二級」、「一級」或「不及格」，並以「二級」為最高等級。香港中學文憑考試中國語文科「第5級」或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科「C」級或以上的成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的「二級」成績。香港中學文憑考試英國語文科「第5級」或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考英語運用科或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) English Language科「C」級或以上成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。 在International English Language Testing System (IELTS)學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上，並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的成績，在IELTS考試成績的兩年有效期內，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。IELTS考試成績必須在職位申請期內其中任何一日有效。
- (iv)申請人須述明於取得有關學歷後所具備的相關工作經驗及性質。
- (v)在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績是教育局課程主任職位的入職條件。《基本法及香港國安法》測試會考核申請人的《基本法》及《香港國安法》知識。申請人必須在《基本法及香港國安法》測試中取得及格成績方會獲考慮聘用。
