職責
(1) 帶領客戶關係專隊,為產品和市場營銷團隊與客戶(特別是中小企業客戶)在特別營銷項目和推廣活動的溝通工作上提供支援,包括但不限於收集客戶意見和市場情報,以助部門制訂合適的策略,帶動業務增長;
(2) 管理和督導熱線中心開立帳戶及會員登記服務的日常運作,務求提供優質的服務,履行香港郵政的服務承諾;
(3) 為中小企業郵務協進會、賬戶客戶和部門內部提供全面支援及服務,並透過郵政服務商業用戶諮詢聯席會議向商界推廣郵政產品及服務;以及
(4) 研究簡化客戶關係管理系統的流程,以便進行客戶分析和劃分,從而監察業務表現。

(1) To lead the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Team to provide support to the product and marketing teams in communicating with customers, particularly small and medium enterprises (SMEs), on special marketing projects and promotional activities. This includes but not limited to collecting customer feedbacks and market intelligence to facilitate the formulation of suitable strategies for driving business growth;
(2) To manage and supervise the day-to-day operation of account opening and membership registration services at hotline centre to provide excellent services and fulfill the performance pledges of Hongkong Post;
(3) To provide all-round support and services for PostalPlus for SME, account customers and internal divisions, and promote postal products and services to the business sector via Business Customer Liaison Group; and
(4) To explore ways to streamline the workflow of the CRM system with a view to facilitating the customer analysis and segmentation for performance tracking.

入職條件
(1) 持有本港大學頒授的認可學士學位,或具備同等學歷,持有工商管理、市場學或相關學科的學士學位者尤佳;
(2) 取得上述學歷資格後,累積不少於5年客戶關係管理及/或業務發展的工作經驗,其中最少3年擔任經理級職位,具備客戶服務熱線/電話查詢中心管理工作經驗者尤佳;
(3) 在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(2007年以前為「課程乙」)取得第3等級(2007年以前為「C級」)或以上成績,或同等成績;
(4) 在客戶關係管理系統及應用程式方面具有豐富經驗;
(5) 具備極佳的會話和書寫溝通能力,並熟悉電腦操作;
(6) 具有商業頭腦,高瞻遠矚,力求創新;
(7) 具備卓越的領導才能和人際溝通技巧;
(8) 積極主動,原動力強,能獨立工作;以及
(9) 能夠出示在產品管理方面的經驗證明,具備良好業績,並在客戶關係管理方面工作取得卓越成績就更理想。

(2) A minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification working experience in CRM and / or business development with at least 3 years at managerial level, preferably with experience in managing customer service hotline / call centre;
(3) Level 3 (Grade C before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
(4) Profound experience with CRM system and applications;
(5) Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficient in computer usage;
(6) Strong business acumen, great foresight and strive for innovation;
(7) Strong leadership and interpersonal skills;
(8) Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently; and
(9) Able to provide proven product management track record and record of achievement in CRM would be an added-value.
