職責
(a)協助策劃、發展、發布及檢視與價值觀教育(包括公民教育、守法教育、媒體和資訊素養教育等)相關的課程;
(b)協助設計及製作相關的學與教資源;
(c)策劃、組織及舉辦教師專業發展培訓課程及進行學校探訪,以配合上述課程的實施;
(d)協助進行與價值觀教育(包括公民教育、守法教育、媒體和資訊素養教育等)相關的研究及發展活動;
(e)協助策劃、籌備及舉辦推動價值觀教育(包括公民教育、守法教育、媒體和資訊素養教育等)的活動,包括「我的行動承諾」價值觀教育推廣活動、學習社群、學校網絡和參訪活動;
(f)與相關政府及非政府機構協作,促進價值觀教育(包括公民教育、守法教育、媒體和資訊素養教育等)有效推展;
(g)為內部/對外會議和課程發展議會價值觀教育常務委員會會議提供秘書支援;以及
(h)執行上司委派的其他職務。

(a) To assist in the planning, development, dissemination and review of the curricula relating to values education (including civic education, law-abiding education, media and information literacy education, etc.);
(b) To assist in the design and development related learning and teaching materials;
(c) To plan, organise and conduct teacher professional development programmes, and to carry out school visits in support of the implementation of the above curricula;
(d) To assist in carrying out research and development projects in relation to values education (including civic education, law-abiding education, media and information literacy education, etc.);
(e) To assist in planning, organising and conducting activities, including the "My Pledge to Act" values education promotional activities, learning communities, school networks and tours to promote values education (including civic education, law-abiding education, media and information literacy education, etc.);
(f) To collaborate with related government and non-government organisations for facilitating smooth implementation of values education (including civic education, law-abiding education, media and information literacy education, etc.);
(g) To provide secretarial support to internal/external meetings, as well as the Standing Committee on Values Education under the Curriculum Development Council; and
(h) To perform any other duties as assigned.

入職條件
(a)持有香港所頒授主修教育、人文學科、社會科學、中國語文或英國語文的學士學位,或具備同等學歷[參閱註(ii)];
(b)持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書,或具備同等學歷[參閱註(ii)];
(c)符合語文能力要求,即在綜合招聘考試兩張語文試卷[中文運用及英文運用]中取得「二級」成績,或具備同等成績[參閱註(iii)];
(d)在取得上述(a)及(b)的學歷後,具備不少於6年的教學及/或課程發展經驗,具備與價值觀教育、人文學科、通識教育/公民與社會發展科、中國語文教育及/或英國語文教育的相關經驗者優先[參閱註(iv)];
(e)在《基本法及香港國安法》測試中取得及格成績[參閱註(v)];
(f)對價值觀教育以及本地教育制度有豐富知識及經驗;以及
(g)持有與教育或價值觀教育相關的高等學位(如碩士或博士學位),或具備同等學歷者優先[參閱註(ii)]。

(b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent [See Note (ii)];
(c) Met the language proficiency requirements of 'Level 2' results in the two language papers [Use of Chinese (UC) and Use of English (UE)] in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent [See Note (iii)];
(d) At least 6 years' relevant post-qualification [as specified in (a) and (b)] experience in teaching and/or curriculum development, preferably in the areas of values education, Humanities subjects, Liberal Studies/Citizenship and Social Development, Chinese Language education and/or English Language education [See Note (iv)];
(e) A pass result in the Basic Law and National Security Law Test [See Note (v)];
(f) Possess sound knowledge and educational experience in the area of values education and local education system; and
(g) Preference will be given to candidates who possess a higher degree (e.g. a second/higher degree) related to education or values education, or equivalent [See Note (ii)].

(i) 課程主任(德育、公民及國民教育)職位的申請日期為2023年3月10日(星期五)至2023年3月24日(星期五)。
(ii) 申請人須在申請表上清楚註明所修讀學位課程的主修和副修科目。申請人如有其他學歷(例如有關科目的碩士或博士學位),亦須一併在申請表上列明。
(iii) 綜合招聘考試的中文運用及英文運用試卷的成績分為「二級」、「一級」或「不及格」,並以「二級」為最高等級。香港中學文憑考試中國語文科「第5級」或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科「C」級或以上的成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的「二級」成績。香港中學文憑考試英國語文科「第5級」或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考英語運用科或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) English Language科「C」級或以上成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。 在International English Language Testing System (IELTS)學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上,並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的成績,在IELTS考試成績的兩年有效期內,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。IELTS考試成績必須在職位申請期內其中任何一日有效。
(iv) 申請人須述明於取得有關學歷後所具備的相關工作經驗及性質。
(v) 在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績是教育局課程主任職位的入職條件。《基本法及香港國安法》測試會考核申請人的《基本法》及《香港國安法》知識。申請人必須在《基本法及香港國安法》測試中取得及格成績方會獲考慮聘用。
(vi) 申請人須處事盡責、積極主動、對工作有熱誠,並須品格良好,願意為教育界服務,作出承擔,以及能以中英文與人有效溝通。
