- (a)制定有關教育政策的申請及審批機制；
- (b)聯絡有關政策局/部門/分部/組別，以尋求建議及索取資料；
- (c)指導準備相關文件的工作；
- (d)指導及統籌推行有關申請及審批機制的工作；
- (e)指導會議進行前的準備工作和領導會議的討論；
- (f)督導有關會議和簡介會的後勤安排；
- (g)協調回應議員/傳媒/家長/學校及公眾人士的查詢；
- (h)統籌及監督處理學校提交的申請；
- (i)優化處理申請的程序；以及
- (j)執行由上級指派的其他職務。

職責
- (a)To formulate the application and approval mechanism for an education initiative;
- (b)To liaise with other bureaux/ departments/ divisions/ sections to seek advice and information;
- (c)To direct the preparation of the relevant documents;
- (d)To direct and co-ordinate the work relating to the rollout of the application and approval mechanism;
- (e)To direct the preparation for meetings and lead discussions in meetings;
- (f)To supervise the logistic arrangement of meetings and briefing sessions;
- (g)To coordinate responses to enquiries from legislative councilors/ media/ parents/ schools and the public;
- (h)To coordinate and monitor the processing of applications from schools;
- (i)To refine the procedures for processing applications; and
- (j)To perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisors.
入職條件
- (a)持有香港頒授的學士學位，或具備同等學歷；
- (b)持有香港專上教育機構頒授的教育證書，或具備同等學歷；
- (c)具備在取得學士學位後的10年或以上相關教育工作的經驗，曾擔任學校行政及熟悉學校運作者優先，例如招生程序、財務和會計管理、改善及維修工程等；
- (d)熟悉香港教育制度和現行的教育政策；
- (e)具備良好中、英文書寫技巧，並能操流利英語及廣東話；
- (f)具備良好分析和統籌能力；以及
- (g)具備責任心及團隊合作精神，並能夠獨立工作。
- (a)a Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent;
- (b)a certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent;
- (c)at least 10 years' post-degree experience in education, preferably in the area of school administration and familiar with school operation, such as admission mechanism, financial and accounting management and improvement works and maintenance, etc.;
- (d)familiar with Hong Kong education systems and current education policies;
- (e)good command of written English and Chinese; oral proficiency in English and Cantonese;
- (f)strong analytical and coordination skills; and
- (g)with sense of responsibility, committed with teamwork spirit and able to work independently.
