職責
受聘人將獲調派至發展局規劃地政科海港辦事處工作,負責執行以下職務:
(a) 協助海港辦事處就提高維多利亞港及其海濱範圍的使用率及受歡迎程度進行宣傳及推廣,包括但不限於下列各項:
(i) 監督海濱空間各項「地方營造」活動、期間限定裝置及宣傳活動的服務合約事宜,包括統籌有關的招標工作、評估報價書、監察有關服務的提供情況及大型宣傳活動的推行工作等;
(ii) 建議及推展節日裝置及活動,以提高海濱各方面的吸引力、多樣性及活力;
(iii) 監督各政府或非政府機構的合作夥伴使用海濱空間進行公共活動和展覽,包括處理申請和監察推行工作;
(iv) 就上列(i)至(iii)項聯繫及聯絡持份者;
(v) 監督網上宣傳的成效;
(vi) 就外間機構安排的活動和展覽整合活動月曆,並整理宣傳資料,以便通過電子資訊板發布;
(vii) 整理宣傳資料/審閱由服務供應商提交的宣傳資料,以便在社交媒體發布,並監督製作海濱共享空間品牌推廣活動和其他相關活動例如海濱事務委員會成立20周年的刊物;以及
(viii) 監督激活海濱空間的收入合約事宜,包括水上活動中心、兒童高卡車活動、「嘩啦嘩啦」導賞團和餐飲服務等。

Successful candidates will be deployed to the Harbour Office (HO) under the Planning and Lands Branch of the Development Bureau to undertake the following duties:
(a) To assist the HO in promotion and publicity so as to enhance utilisation and popularity of the Victoria Harbour and its harbourfront spaces, including but not limited to –
(i) overseeing the service contracts on place-making activities, pop-up installations and publicity on harbourfront spaces, including coordinating relevant invitations to quotation, assessment on quotation submissions, monitoring service delivery and implementation of large-scale publicity programmes etc.;
(ii) proposing and implementing festive installations and activities to enhance the attractiveness, diversity and vibrancy of various parts of the harbourfront;
(iii) overseeing partners of various government or non-government bodies in the use of harbourfront spaces for public events and exhibitions including handling applications and monitoring implementation;
(iv) liaison and engagement with stakeholders on (i) to (iii) above;
(v) overseeing on-line publicity efforts;
(vi) consolidating monthly calendar of events and exhibitions arranged by the external parties and organising promotional materials to be disseminated through electronic information panels;
(vii) organising promotional materials/vetting promotional materials prepared by the service providers to be disseminated in social media posts and overseeing the publications for the Harbourfront Shared Spaces Branding Campaign and other relevant activities such as the 20th Anniversary of the establishment of the Harbourfront Commission; and
(viii) overseeing the revenue contracts on activating the harbourfront spaces, including the water sports centre, children kart campaign, Walla-Walla guided tour and catering services, etc.
(b) To assist the HO in public engagement relating to harbourfront enhancement projects, including the adoption of place-making and design thinking concepts; and
(c) To undertake any other duties as assigned by senior officers.

(b) have attained Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or equivalent [Note (2)];
(c) have a minimum of seven years’ full-time post-qualification working experience with solid experience in project coordination, public-private partnership, government tendering and/or contract management;
(d) have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
(e) have strong communication, organisational and presentation skills;
(f) be mature, self-motivated and capable of multitasking; and
(g) be proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Previous experience in working in government bureaux and departments or statutory bodies, as well as in formulating and carrying out publicity initiatives, will be an advantage.
