職責
傳訊經理負責就提高市民大眾對政府政策和措施的認識,向政府新聞處提供支援。職責包括:
(a) 協助起草、修飾和編輯以中文為主的演辭、文章和訊息;
(b) 協助起草、修飾和編輯以中文為主的宣傳內容,包括新聞稿、傳單/便覽、平面廣告、宣傳資料和標語等;
(c) 協助擬備以中文為主的社交媒體貼文、資訊圖和其他網上內容;
(d) 協助制定和執行政府宣傳活動的公共關係和宣傳計劃;
(e) 協助拓展與社區、新聞媒體和社交媒體上具影響力者的聯繫;及
(f) 執行上級人員指派的其他職務。

The Communications Manager will support the Information Services Department in enhancing public understanding of government policies and initiatives. Duties include:
(a) assisting to draft, polish and edit speeches, articles and messages mainly in Chinese;
(b) assisting to draft, polish and edit publicity contents including press releases, leaflets/fact sheets, press advertisements, promotional materials and taglines, etc. mainly in Chinese;
(c) assisting to prepare social media posts, infographics and other online contents mainly in Chinese;
(d) assisting to develop and execute public relations and publicity plans for government campaigns;
(e) assisting to expand outreach efforts to community, press and social media influencers; and
(f) performing other duties as assigned by his or her supervisors.

(3) 具備優良中、英文口語和書寫能力;
(4) 具有良好的人際及溝通技巧和表達能力;
(5) 熟悉時事新聞;
(6) 通曉電腦軟件應用,包括微軟Word、Excel及PowerPoint,及流行的社交媒體平台及其廣告平台,包括Facebook、Instagram、微信、微博、小紅書;
(7) 具備製作及設計社交媒體內容方面的豐富知識及技能者優先,包括精通相關電腦軟件應用,例如Illustrator、Photoshop、After Effects及Premiere Pro;及
(8) 願意不定時(包括在周末)工作,及能在緊迫時間內完成工作。

Applicants should –
(1) have a Hong Kong bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in journalism, public relations, marketing, advertising, or related discipline;
(2) have at least eight years of relevant work experience [Note] in corporate communications, media, public relations, marketing, advertising, social media or related fields;
(3) have an excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English;
(4) have good interpersonal & communication skills, and presentation skills;
(5) have good understanding of current affairs;
(6) be proficient in various computer software applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and some most popular social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, and their advertising platforms;
(7) preferably have good knowledge and skills in creating and designing social media content, and proficiency in using computer software applications such as Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro; and
(8) be prepared to work outside normal office hours including on weekends and meet tight deadlines.
