高級管事的主要職責是提供家傭服務，包括清潔打掃、洗燙、烹調食物及宴會準備、招待賓客等。高級管事也需要督導家庭傭工的工作及安排值勤表。
註：須穿制服及不定時輪班，或因應運作需要而須要留宿候命。超時工作以補假作償。
職責
A Senior Domestic Attendant is mainly deployed on provision of domestic services, including cleaning, tidying-up places, laundry and ironing work, cooking and preparing for banquets, serving of guests in receptions, etc. A Senior Domestic Attendant is also required to supervise the work of domestic servants and organise duty roster.
Note:
Required to wear uniform, work irregular hours and on shift duty; and ‘live-in’ if necessary due to operational needs. Overtime work will be compensated by time-off in lieu.
入職條件
申請人須 -
- (a)在家傭服務，或在大戶家庭或大型機構(如會所、酒店及酒樓)服務賓客方面具有最少三年工作經驗；
- (b)能操流利粵語；
- (c)能閱讀及書寫中文；
- (d)具備良好人際溝通技巧；以及
- (e)能操簡單英語和普通話更佳。
Candidate should -
- (a)have at least three years’ working experience in a position which provides domestic service or serves guests in a large household or establishment (e.g. clubs, hotels or restaurants);
- (b)be able to speak fluent Cantonese;
- (c)be able to read and write Chinese;
- (d)have good interpersonal and communication skills; and
- (e)preferably be able to speak simple English and Putonghua.
