職責
助理項目主任負責（a）協助高級人員進行與多項機電系統和設備有關的可行性研究、調查、分析、報告撰寫、設計、安裝、操作、檢查、測試、校驗及維修保養；（b）在設計、採購、評估、項目管理和其他技術服務方面提供技術支援；（c）協助管理合約及監督承辦商的員工；（d）執行行政工作，包括管理工場、擬備分析和調查報告；（e）在管理和執行創新科技項目方面提供技術支援；（f）協助推行機電資產數碼化計劃；以及（g）執行上司不時指派的其他職務。
An Assistant Project Officer is responsible to (a) assist senior officers in feasibility study, investigation, analysis, report writing, design, installation, operation, inspection, testing and commissioning, maintenance and repair in relation to a wide range of E&M systems and equipment; (b) provide technical support in design, procurement, assessment, project management and other technical services; (c) assist in contract management and supervising contractors’ staff; (d) take up administrative work including workshop management, preparation of analysis and investigation report; (e) provide technical support in the management and administration of I&T projects; (f) assist in the implementation of E&M asset digitisation programmes; and (g) undertake other duties as assigned by his/her superiors from time to time.

申請人必須(a)(i)持有由香港任何一所理工大學／理工學院、香港專業教育學院或工業學院／科技學院頒發的工程（電機、機械、汽車、電子、電腦、資訊科技或屋宇裝備學科）高級文憑，或具同等學歷；並在取得有關資歷後，具有至少三年上述工程範疇的全職工作經驗；或(a)(ii)持有由香港任何一所理工大學／理工學院、香港專業教育學院或工業學院／科技學院頒發的工程、科學或科技範疇的高級文憑，或具同等學歷；並在取得有關資歷後，具有至少五年與機電工程範疇［包括電機／機械／屋宇裝備／電子／資訊／生物醫學系統和設備或汽車］有關的創新科技項目、資產數碼化、人工智能、數據分析、機械人技術、預測性維修或能源管理範疇的全職工作經驗；以及(b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科取得第2等級或以上成績，或具備同等成績（見註1）。申請人如在最近三年內有創新科技相關工作經驗，可獲優先考慮。
Candidates should (a)(i) possess a Higher Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automobile, Electronics, Computer, Information Technology, or Building Services discipline) from a Hong Kong polytechnic university / polytechnic, the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or a technical institute / technical college, or equivalent; and have a minimum of three years’ post-qualification full time working experience in the above-mentioned engineering field; or (a)(ii) possess a Higher Diploma in Engineering, Science or Technology field from a Hong Kong polytechnic university / polytechnic, the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or a technical institute / technical college, or equivalent; and a minimum of five years’ post-qualification full time working experience in innovation & technology (I&T) projects, asset digitisation, artificial intelligence, data analysis, robotics, predictive maintenance or energy management related to electrical and mechanical (E&M) engineering field [including electrical / mechanical / building services / electronics / information / biomedical systems and equipment or motor vehicles]; and (b) have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (See Note 1). Preference will be given to candidates who have relevant work experience in I&T within the last three years.
入職條件(註)
1. 為進行本次招聘，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（課程乙）「C級」及「E級」成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科「第3等級」和「第2等級」成績。2. 申請人如具有「入職條件」所訂明的相關經驗／法定資歷／認可訓練，應在申請表上註明相關資料。
