職責
(a) 負責傳訊與對外聯繫事務,從而推廣綠色殯葬,並廣泛推動社會外部持份者,尤其是市民大眾,以更環保及可持續的方式處理先人骨灰;
(b) 聯絡媒體及其他持份者,以制訂與傳訊有關的計劃,並推行綠色殯葬顧問研究得出的全面市場推廣及媒體策略,當中包括各種推廣活動及宣傳品,以及其他專為向特定類別持份者推廣綠色殯葬而設的合時新方案;
(c) 制訂、監督和執行利用社交媒體及其他平台推廣綠色殯葬的策略,並負責創作有關內容(包括文字及多媒體內容);
(d) 與內部人員及持份者緊密溝通,以通過推廣活動(例如講座、參觀、展覽及其他活動),介紹和宣傳署方提供的綠色殯葬服務及設施,包括在紀念花園及海上撒放骨灰,以及「無盡思念」網站及相關流動應用程式等;以及
(e) 執行高級人員指派的其他有關綠色殯葬的職務。

(a) To pursue communication and external engagement efforts in order to promote the green burial and to widely engage external stakeholders in the community especially members of the public to use a more environmental-friendly and sustainable way of handling cremated ashes;
(b) To liaise with media and other stakeholders to draw up communication-related proposals and implement a comprehensive marketing and media strategy arising from a consultancy study on green burial, which includes a variety of promotional activities and collaterals, and other contemporary and innovation solutions for the promotion of green burial, each focusing on specific segment(s) of stakeholders;
(c) To plan, oversee and execute the strategy of the use of social media and other platforms to promote green burial matters, and to be responsible for the creation of such contents (including the written and multi-media contents);
(d) To closely liaise with internal parties and stakeholders in introducing and promoting green burial services and facilities provided by the Department, including ashes scattering at Gardens of Remembrance and at sea, and the Internet Memorial services and the related mobile app through promotional activities such as talks, visits, exhibitions and other activities; and
(e) To perform any other duties related to green burial, as assigned by senior officers.

(b) 在香港中學文憑考試/香港中學會考[註(1)]中國語文科及英國語文科成績達第3級或以上,或具同等學歷;
(c) 於取得學位後,具備最少七年在具規模的機構或跨國公司從事市場傳播/宣傳活動管理的全職工作經驗,包括最少三年在私營及/或公營機構擔任管理職級的工作經驗;

(i) 具備卓越的溝通技巧,中英文書寫及會話能力良好;

Candidates should have:
(a) a bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
(b) attained “Level 3” or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) / Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) [Note (1)], or equivalent;
(c) a minimum of 7 years’ post-degree full time work experience in marketing communications / publicity campaign management in sizeable organisations or multi-national corporations, including at least 3 years of work experience at managerial level in private and/or public sectors;
(d) have excellent understanding of government affairs especially on Green Burial;
(e) proven track record in stakeholders management in private and/or public sectors on multi-media promotion;
(f) acumen and market insights in planning and implementation of strategies over organising promotion campaign, and multi-media and social media promotion;
(g) hands-on experience in traditional and digital marketing as well as webpage development; fluent in social media platforms / mobile applications and other communication channels among the community;
(h) a problem-solver who is able to work independently under a fast-paced environment. Ability to work under ambiguity and to multi-task is essential;
(i) excellent communication skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
(j) creative, innovative, adaptive, open-minded and with good interpersonal and soft skills; and
(k) have knowledge of data analysis would be an advantage.
