Outreaching Coordinator (Waste Reduction and Community Recycling)
月薪港幣22,525元
職責
(a) 實地探訪屋苑、樓宇、鄉村和其他處所，為實踐減廢回收提供實地支援；
(b) 舉辦有關妥善廢物源頭分類和乾淨回收的教育和宣傳活動，以及推廣環境保護署的減廢回收措施和計劃；
(c) 與物業管理公司和居民／租戶團體接觸及提供支援，以舉辦減廢和乾淨回收的推廣、教育和宣傳活動；
(d) 為公眾教育和宣傳活動／項目預備物資；以及
(e) 執行與獲指派工作相關的其他職務，包括但不限於外展服務、減廢回收和廢物管理相關職務。
其他相關的工作要求：工作時間及地點或會按部門的運作需要而變更。獲取錄者可能需要(a)不定時及超時工作，包括在晚上、周末和公眾假期工作；以及(b)在戶外工作。

(a) To carry out site visits for rendering on-site support to estates, buildings, villages and other premises on practicing waste reduction and recycling;
(b) To conduct education and promotional activities and events on proper waste separation at source and clean recycling, and promotion of the Environmental Protection Department’s waste reduction and recycling initiatives and schemes;
(c) To reach out and provide support to property management companies and resident/ tenant groups in carrying out publicity, education and promotion activities on waste reduction and clean recycling;
(d) To prepare materials for public education and promotional activities/ events; and
(e) To undertake other duties pertaining to the work to be assigned, including but not limited to outreaching service, waste reduction and recycling, and waste management related duties.
Other Job-related Requirements: The hours and venues of work may be varied having regard to the operational needs of the department. Successful candidate may be required to (a) work irregular hours and overtime, including evenings, weekends and public holidays; and (b) work outdoors.

(a) 在科學、工程、教育、工商管理、公共行政學、活動推廣及宣傳、社會工作、創意媒體／傳意設計相關科目中，考獲本港的大學、理工、香港專業教育學院、科技學院或工業學院頒發的文憑或高級證書，或同等學歷；
(b) 在取得相關學歷後，具備至少一年全職工作經驗，尤以環境保護、教育、社會服務、活動策劃及統籌／宣傳、創意媒體／傳意設計、數據分析或統計工作的相關經驗為佳；
(c) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科成績達第2級（註）或以上，或同等成績（註：2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（課程乙）E級成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績）；
(d) 具備良好的中、英文會話和書寫能力；
(e) 具備良好的人際關係和溝通技巧、積極主動及獨立工作的能力；以及
(f) 申請人具備以下條件可能獲優先考慮：(i)為機構管理社交媒體的實際經驗；或(ii)操作電腦軟件的知識和經驗（例如中、英文文書處理、試算表和簡報軟件等）。

Candidates should have –
(a) a Diploma or Higher Certificate in a relevant subject in Science, Engineering, Education, Business Administration, Public Administration, Event Marketing and Promotion, Social Work, Creative Media/ Communication Design from a Hong Kong university, Hong Kong polytechnic, Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, Hong Kong technical college or Hong Kong technical institute, or equivalent;
(b) at least one year of full-time post-qualification working experience, preferably in the field of environmental protection, education, community service, planning and organisation of events/ publicity, creative media/ communication design, data analytic or statistical work;
(c) met the language proficiency requirement of “Level 2” (Note) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent. (Note: “Grade E” in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 is accepted administratively as comparable to “Level 2” in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth);
(d) good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
(e) good interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivation and ability to work independently; and
(f) preference may be given to candidates with: (i) hands-on experience in managing social media for an organisation; or (ii) knowledge and experience in computer applications (such as word processing in Chinese and English, spreadsheet and presentation software, etc.).
