職責
(a) 為以青年為本的手機流動應用程式物色合作機會,並與私營和公共界别及/或其他夥伴建立夥伴關係,以持續加強青年流動應用程式的功能和優惠;
(b) 依據最新的市場營銷趨勢,與機構緊密合作,為手機流動應用程式籌劃策略性內容方案和主題,及建立創新的內容;
(c) 協助製作具創意的內容及發掘新穎題材,並從政府內部和其他協作夥伴匯集對青年人具吸引力的資訊,確保以青年為本的手機流動應用程式的內容保持新鮮度及關聯性;
(d) 協助籌劃、推行和評估以青年為本的手機流動應用程式相關的策略性宣傳和推廣,包括支援實體和線上活動/項目的相關籌備工作;
(e) 評估宣傳、推廣和用戶參與相關的策略成效,並就附加/新增功能、優化手機流動應用程式的用戶體驗、提高用戶參與度和增加用戶黏著度範疇等提供見解及建議;以及
(f) 執行上級委派的其他職務,包括處理採購和相關行政事務、就外判服務對承辦商進行監督、提供其他行政/管理支援服務、及在正常辦公時間以外工作。
(b) 依據最新的市場營銷趨勢,與機構緊密合作,為手機流動應用程式籌劃策略性內容方案和主題,及建立創新的內容;
(c) 協助製作具創意的內容及發掘新穎題材,並從政府內部和其他協作夥伴匯集對青年人具吸引力的資訊,確保以青年為本的手機流動應用程式的內容保持新鮮度及關聯性;
(d) 協助籌劃、推行和評估以青年為本的手機流動應用程式相關的策略性宣傳和推廣,包括支援實體和線上活動/項目的相關籌備工作;
(e) 評估宣傳、推廣和用戶參與相關的策略成效,並就附加/新增功能、優化手機流動應用程式的用戶體驗、提高用戶參與度和增加用戶黏著度範疇等提供見解及建議;以及
(f) 執行上級委派的其他職務,包括處理採購和相關行政事務、就外判服務對承辦商進行監督、提供其他行政/管理支援服務、及在正常辦公時間以外工作。
(a) To identify collaboration opportunities and help on-board partners from private and public sectors and/or other external partners for the continuous enhancement of the youth-centric mobile app’s functionalities and offers;
(b) To collaborate closely with agencies and formulate the strategic content plan, content pillars and innovative content delivery for the mobile app, with reference to the latest marketing trends;
(c) To assist in creative contents/ideas generation and sourcing of youth-friendly and appealing contents from both internal and external partners for maintaining the content freshness and relevance of the youth-centric mobile app;
(d) To assist in the planning, implementation and evaluation of on-going publicity and promotional strategies in relation to the youth-centric mobile app, including but not limited to providing event/campaign logistics support (both physical and online);
(e) To evaluate the effectiveness and performance of the publicity, promotional and engagement tactics and provide insights on add-on/new functions, enhancement of the mobile app’s user experience (UX), improving the user engagement and user stickiness etc.; and
(f) To undertake any other duties as assigned by senior officers, including conducting procurement and related administrative matters, performing vendor management for outsourced services and other executive/administrative support, and working outside of normal office hours.

(b) 香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科均考獲第3級或以上成績,或具同等學歷 [註(1)];
(c) 在取得上述學歷後,在數碼營銷廣告公司、大型機構/公司或跨國公司擔任企業夥伴拓展/洽談、市場宣傳推廣/專案管理、推廣洽談或項目管理崗位並具備至少6年相關的全職工作經驗,當中包括至少2年管理層的全職工作經驗;
(d) 在推廣洽談/夥伴關係洽談和拓展、活動策劃管理方面有實證經驗、具備客戶關係管理和其他相關會員制度企劃及/或管理會員計劃、信用卡獎賞計劃、私人會所會員制度管理的經驗;
(e) 熟悉18-35歲青年常用的社交媒體平台/應用程式,及其他通訊渠道;具備傳統及數碼市場推廣方面的實質經驗者優先;
(f) 能緊貼18-35歲青年群組的潮流趨勢、需求,以及能吸引青年參與的最新推廣/優惠/活動;
(g) 富有創作力、有“打破常規”的思維、性格外向;人脈廣博,包括但不限於有公關公司/活動策劃機構及傳媒等的專業網絡;具與機構/企業洽談合作經驗更佳;
(h) 積極主動、致力於解決問題,具有團隊合作精神及年輕心態,能在節奏快速的環境下獨立處理工作,也須能夠在不確定的情況下工作並同時處理多項工作;
(i) 具備極佳的溝通技巧,中英語文講寫能力俱佳,須懂普通話;
(j) 組織及適應力強、態度開明和具備良好的人際技巧及軟技能;以及
(k) 具備數據分析經驗者佔優。

Candidates should have/should be –
(a) a bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
(b) attained “Level 3” or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE)/Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [Note (1)];
(c) a minimum of 6 years’ post-qualification full time work experience in corporate partnership or marketing communications/publicity campaign management, promotion liaison or project management in digital marketing agencies, sizeable organisations or multi-national corporations, including at least 2 years of full time work experience at managerial level;
(d) proven track record in promotion liaison/partnership, event management; experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and other relevant member-centric/membership-based discipline; and/or experience in managing loyalty programs, credit cards reward schemes, private club membership is a must;
(e) be conversant in social media platforms/mobile applications and other communication channels among youth aged 18-35 in Hong Kong; hands on experience in both traditional and digital marketing is considered an advantage;
(f) able to keep tabs on the pulse of the latest trends and needs of youth aged between 18-35 and emerging promotions/offers/events to engage youths;
(g) creative, able to “think out of the box” and outgoing with strong professional networks including but not limited to public relations/event agencies and media; prior experience in negotiation with associations/corporates is considered an advantage;
(h) a proactive, committed problem-solver and team player with a youthful mindset, able to work independently under a fast-paced environment. Ability to work under ambiguity and to multi-task is essential;
(i) excellent communication skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is a must;
(j) organised, adaptive, open-minded and with good interpersonal and soft skills; and
(k) knowledge in data analysis would be an advantage.
