- (a)建議及制定改進教育局電腦系統的策略計劃；
- (b)定期監察及檢視改進教育局電腦系統的進度，解決在改進教育局電腦系統時出現的事宜/問題；
- (c)整理及分析學校提交報告的資料，並向分區教育服務處的人員提供相關的專業意見及支援；
- (d)協調巡查學校工作，以促進學校符合教育局提交報告的要求；
- (e)整理巡查學校及其後跟進違規情況的數據；
- (f)監督兩名下屬；以及
- (g)執行由上級指派的工作。
職責
- (a)To propose and formulate strategic plans on enhancement of computer system of Education Bureau (EDB);
- (b)To monitor and review implementation of enhanced computer system of EDB and address issues/problems arising from the implementation;
- (c)To prepare information for analysis of school reports and provide relevant professional advice and support to officers of Regional Education Offices;
- (d)To coordinate inspection to schools for enhancing schools' compliance with EDB’s reporting requirements;
- (e)To prepare summary statistics in respect of school inspections and follow up irregularities after school inspections;
- (f)To supervise two subordinates; and
- (g)To perform any other duties as assigned by the senior officers.
入職條件
- (a)持有本港所頒授的學士學位，或具備同等學歷；
- (b)持有本港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書，或具備同等學歷；
- (c)符合語文能力的要求，即在綜合招聘考試兩份語文試卷(中文運用及英文運用)中取得「二級」成績，或具備同等成績[見註(i)-(iii)]；
- (d)在取得學士學位後，具備5 年相關工作經驗，包括3年行政經驗；具備執行資訊科技項目或電腦系統經驗者優先；
- (e)具備良好中、英文口語及書寫的溝通能力，能操流利普通話更佳；
- (f)具備良好電腦知識，尤其文字處理、試算表、簡報軟件及中、英文輸入法；
- (g)具備良好品格及人際溝通技巧；以及
- (h)主動及具備獨立工作能力。
- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent;
- (b)A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent;
- (c)Met the language proficiency requirements of 'Level 2' results in the two language papers [Use of Chinese (UC) and Use of English (UE)] in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent [See Notes (i)-(iii)];
- (d)Five years' relevant post-degree experience, including three years' experience in administration; preferably in implementation of information technology project or computer system;
- (e)Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, fluent Putonghua is also an advantage;
- (f)Good computer knowledge especially in word-processing, spreadsheet, presentation software and Chinese and English input-methods;
- (g)Good personality and inter-personal communication skills; and
- (h)Self-motivated and able to work independently.
入職條件(註)
- (i)綜合招聘考試中文運用及英文運用試卷的成績分為「二級」、「一級」或「不及格」，並以「二級」為最高等級。
- (ii)香港中學文憑考試中國語文科第5級或以上成績；或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科「C」級或以上的成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的「二級」成績。香港中學文憑考試英國語文科第5級或以上成績；或香港高級程度會考英語運用科「C」級或以上的成績；或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) English Language科「C」級或以上的成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。
- (iii)在International English Language Testing System (IELTS) 學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上，並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的成績的申請人士，在 IELTS 考試成績的兩年有效期內，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」成績。有關考試成績必須在職位接受申請期內其中任何一日有效。
