職責
職責:
(a) 徵詢律政司、入境事務處、保安局、個人資料私隱專員公署等相關部門的意見,檢討和修訂有關「智方便」系統的各種法律文件,包括使用條款、收集個人資料聲明、私隱政策聲明、「智方便」電子證書核證作業準則等,以確保遵行法規;
(b) 草擬和製備有關「智方便」的簡報、文件、管理報告、會議資料及其他相關文件作各種用途,例如管理檢討、立法會會議、高級管理層活動等;
(c) 就市民、立法會議員、傳媒、政府部門等對「智方便」服務的查詢/建議/投訴作出處理/擬備回覆;
(d) 就全面落實《施政報告》中提出在2025年或之前全面採用「智方便」的措施進行整體計劃管理;以及
(e) 執行主管指派的其他職務。

Duties:
(a) To review and revise various legal documents related to iAM Smart System, including Terms of Use, Personal Information Collection Statement, Privacy Policy Statement, iAM Smart-Cert Certification Practice Statement, etc., in consultation with the relevant authorities such as Department of Justice, Immigration Department, Security Bureau, Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, etc. to ensure legal and regulatory compliance;
(b) To draft and prepare briefs, papers, management reports, meeting materials and other related documents in relation to iAM Smart for various purposes such as management review, Legislative Council meetings, senior management events, etc.;
(c) To handle/prepare reply to enquiries/suggestions/complaints on the iAM Smart services received from the general public, Legislative Council members, media, government departments, etc.;
(d) To perform overall programme management of the full implementation of the Policy Address initiative on the full adoption of iAM Smart by 2025; and
(e) To perform other duties as assigned by the supervisors.

(a) 持有香港任何一所大學頒授的學士學位,或具備同等學歷;
(b) 符合語文能力的要求,即在綜合招聘考試兩份語文試卷(中文運用及英文運用)取得「二級」成績,或具備同等成績[註];
(c) 在取得學位後,具備至少6年在大機構全職從事公共行政或法規遵行工作的經驗;
(d) 具備優秀的中英文溝通、書寫及草擬能力;
(e) 具備與不同持份者聯絡的豐富經驗,有關持份者為政府決策局/部門、非政府機構及公共機構則更佳;
(f) 具備遵行個人資料保障或資料私隱相關法例的工作經驗,有關法例包括但不限於香港《個人資料(私隱)條例》、內地《個人信息保護法》及歐盟《通用數據保障條例》;以及
(g) 能在壓力下及時間緊迫情況下有效率而且有條理地獨立工作。

Candidates should have –
(a) A bachelor’s degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
(b) Met the language proficiency requirements, i.e. “Level 2” results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese (UC) and Use of English (UE)) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent [Note];
(c) At least six years’ post-qualification full-time work experience in public administration, or legal and regulatory compliance in sizeable organisations;
(d) Excellent communication, writing and drafting skills in both English and Chinese;
(e) Ample experience in liaising with different stakeholders, preferably with government Bureaux/Departments, non-government organisations and public bodies;
(f) Work experience on the compliance of personal data protection or data privacy related laws, which may include but not limited to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong, Mainland’s Personal Information Protection Law, EU’s General Data Protection Regulation, etc.; and
(g) Able to work independently and effectively in an organised manner under pressure and tight schedule.
