Project Coordinator (Waste Reduction and Community Recycling)
月薪港幣22,525元
職責
(a) 協助統籌、推廣和籌辦各項環保運動、項目和活動；
(b) 審批、處理和監察各項環保計劃的申請；
(c) 協助進行實地視察和調查，包括擬備實地視察報告；
(d) 聯絡持份者（例如承辦商和公眾人士）和處理查詢；
(e) 為項目管理提供行政支援（例如文書支援和檔案管理）；以及
(f) 履行上司指派的其他職務。
其他相關的工作要求：工作時間及地點或會按部門的運作需要而變更。獲取錄者可能需要(a)不定時及超時工作，包括在晚上、周末、周日和公眾假期工作；以及(b)在戶外和偏遠地點工作。

(a) To assist in coordination, promotion and organisation of various environmental campaigns, projects and events;
(b) To vet, process and monitor applications for various environmental programmes;
(c) To assist in conducting site inspections and surveys including preparation of site inspection reports;
(d) To liaise with stakeholders (e.g. contractors and members of the public) and handle enquiries;
(e) To provide administrative support to project management (e.g. clerical support and record management); and
(f) To perform other duties as assigned by the supervisors.
Other Job-related Requirements: The hours and venues of work may be varied having regard to the operational needs of the department. Successful candidate may be required to (a) work irregular hours and overtime, including evenings, weekends, Sundays and public holidays; and (b) work outdoors and in remote locations.

(a) 在科學或工程，或相關科目中，考獲香港的大學、理工、香港專業教育學院、科技學院或工業學院頒發的文憑或高級證書，或具備同等學歷；
(b) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科成績達第2級或以上，或同等成績（註）；
(c) 具備良好的中、英文寫作和會話能力，能操流利普通話佔優；以及
(d) 具備良好的電腦應用程式知識，包括微軟文書處理、試算表、簡報及中文輸入法（例如倉頡／速成）。

(a) a Diploma or Higher Certificate from a Hong Kong university, Hong Kong polytechnic, Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, Hong Kong technical college or Hong Kong technical institute, or equivalent, in subject relevant to science or engineering, or equivalent;
(b) met the language proficiency requirements of “Level 2” or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (Note);
(c) good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage; and
(d) good knowledge in computer applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Input Method (e.g. Changjie / Quick).

入職條件(註)
2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（課程乙）E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或以後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績。
