職責
(a) 制定和實施全面的人才支援及聯繫策略,並監督人才支援及查詢服務的活動,確保活動規劃及人才聯繫之間的協同效應;
(b) 制訂、定期檢討和改善客戶服務的運作手冊,並處理查詢及投訴;
(c) 隨時瞭解行業趨勢、最佳做法及新出現的問題,以便及時調整人才支援策略;
(d) 領導和監督運作團隊,以提供最佳服務;為活動管理及人才查詢服務實施高效率的工作流程,強調以客戶為中心的方針和持續改進;
(e) 利用人才諮詢及活動回應的數據分析,以便為明智決策及完善策略提供見解;
(f) 建立和改善持續收集意見的機制,利用調查、重點小組及其他工具,確定有待改進和創新的範疇;以及
(g) 執行高級人員指派的任何其他職責。

(a) To develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for support and engagement with talents, oversee the events of talent support and enquiry services to ensure synergy between event planning and talent engagement;
(b) To draw up and regularly review and enhance the operational manual(s) for customer service, as well as for handling enquiries and complaints;
(c) To stay abreast of industry trends, best practices and emerging issues to adapt the talent support strategy in a responsive manner;
(d) To lead and supervise the operational team(s) for optimal service delivery; implement efficient workflows for both event management and talent enquiry services to emphasise a customer-centric approach and continuous improvement;
(e) To leverage data analytics from talent enquiries and event feedback to provide insights for informed decision-making and strategy refinement;
(f) To establish and enhance mechanisms for continuous feedback collection, utilising surveys, focus groups and other tools to identify areas for improvement and innovation; and
(g) To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.

申請人在獲聘時必須是香港特別行政區永久性居民,並須–
(a) 持有香港任何一所大學頒發的學士學位,或具同等學歷;
(b) 於畢業後取得最少20年的全職工作經驗,包括10年以上在舉辦活動及提供支援服務方面的工作經驗以及最少5年在私營及/或公營機構擔任管理職級的工作經驗;
(c) 符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科達第3級或以上成績,或具同等成績;
(註: 2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級成績。)
(d) 在與各方交往聯繫以及為持份者提供優質客戶服務方面具備實務合作經驗,往績良好;
(e) 具有卓越的人際及溝通技巧,中英文書寫能力及會話能力優良(粵語和普通話);
(f) 熟悉政府事務,尤其與聯繫人才的事務;以及
(g) 精通一般商業電腦軟件(包括MS Word、Excel和PowerPoint)的應用,以及中文和英文文書處理。

Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) at the time of appointment and should possess –
(a) a Bachelor’s degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
(b) a minimum of 20 years’ full-time post-qualifications work experience, including over 10 years of work experience in events staging and providing support services and at least 5 years of work experience at managerial level in private and/or public sectors;
(c) met the language proficiency requirement of Level 3 or above in English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent;
(Note: Grade C in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 3 respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.)
(d) proven track record of hands-on collaborative experience in dealing with different parties and providing excellent customer services to stakeholders;
(e) excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
(f) excellent understanding of government affairs especially on engaging talents;
(g) proficiency in the application of common business software (including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) as well as Chinese and English word processing.
