職責
(a) 執行一般文書工作,例如整理檔案;

(b) To perform data processing and analysis;
(c) To provide logistics support in recruitment exercises and meetings;
(d) To perform outdoor duties such as dispatch of documents; and
(e) To perform other duties as assigned by the supervisors.
Other Job-related Requirements: (a) The hours and venues of work may be varied having regard to the operational needs of the department. Successful candidate may be required to (i) work irregular hours and overtime, including evenings, weekends, Sundays and public holidays; and (ii) work outdoors. (b) The number of working hours is subject to the operational needs but will not normally exceed 17.5 hours per week. There is no guarantee on the minimum number of hours of work in any given period.
