職責
引進重點企業辦公室執行總裁將負責管理旗下5 個團隊,監督引進重點企業辦公室的日常推廣工作和營運,包括內務管理、公共關係、外展工作、持份者參與、客戶聯繫和後續服務等,其主要職責包括—
a) 接觸金融科技、生命健康科技、人工智能與數據科學和先進製造與新能源科技領域的高潛力目標公司並進行洽談;
b) 落實為上述重點企業制定的針對性方案;
c) 協調各決策局/部門跟進引進重點企業辦公室成功促成重點企業在港落戶和擴充業務的個案及監察進展;
d) 建議和策劃本地和非本地的公關和宣傳推廣活動並與相關持份者溝通;
e) 擔任引進重點企業諮詢委員會的秘書,管理委員會秘書處的工作;
f) 監督引進重點企業辦公室的政策和一般管理,包括財務管理、宣傳推廣、營運和員工管理,以及合約和活動管理;以及
g) 協調內地和海外招商引才專組及本地核心團隊的工作。

Executive Director (ED) of Office for Attracting Strategic Enterprises (ED/OASES) will manage all five teams and monitor the day-to-day promotion efforts and operations of OASES, covering various aspects including housekeeping, public relations, outreaching, engagement of stakeholders, client liaison and aftercare services etc. His/Her main duties include –
a) To source and negotiate with high-potential target companies in the Fintech, life and health technology, artificial intelligence and data science, and advanced manufacturing and new energy technology sectors;
b) To implement the tailored packages of incentives offered to aforementioned strategic enterprises;
c) To coordinate with bureaux/departments to follow through with the implementation and monitor progress of strategic enterprises landed or expanded in Hong Kong;
d) To recommend and plan local and non-local public relations and promotional activities and engagement of relevant stakeholders;
e) To serve as the Secretary to the Advisory Committee on Attracting Strategic Enterprises and manage the work of its Secretariat;
f) To oversee the policy and general administration of the Office for Attracting Strategic Enterprises, including financial management, marketing, office and staff administration as well as contract and event management; and
g) To coordinate the work of the Mainland and overseas Dedicated Teams for Attracting Businesses and Talents and the local core team.

入職條件
申請人於獲聘時須為香港特別行政區永久性居民,並必須在截止申請日期前—
a) 具備最少8年行政及管理職位的經驗,如曾於大型公共或私人機構工作將獲優先考慮。具備市場營銷、業務拓展、投資或貿易推廣、創新科技或金融科技相關工作經驗更佳;
b) 持有本港大學頒授的學士或深造學位,或同等學歷;
c) 具備敏銳的商業觸覺、豐富的商業知識、卓越的管理才能,以及良好溝通和演講技巧;
d) 具備國際視野,熟悉內地與香港的營商環境、香港的獨特角色及對國家政策的貢獻;以及
e) 具備良好中英文書寫能力,並能說良好的粵語、普通話及英語。

Candidates must be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) at the time of appointment and should possess by the application deadline –
a) At least 8 years of administrative and managerial experience, preferably with large public or private organisations. Experiences related to marketing, business development, trade or investment promotion, innovation and technology or fintech would be an advantage;
b) a Bachelor or post-graduate degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
c) strong business sense and solid commercial knowledge, and strong management capabilities, good communication and public speaking skills;
d) an international perspective with a good understanding of the Mainland and Hong Kong business environment, Hong Kong’s unique role and contributions to the national policies; and
e) strong command of both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English.
