職責
總監 (內地、大灣區及一帶一路)
(a) 與文創產業發展處轄下的八個創意界別相關協會合作,制定和擬定推行計劃,促進大灣區發展和「一帶一路」倡議下各計劃 /活動/項目的發展和推廣工作;
(b) 管理與本地和海外相關創意產業的行業協會、政府及非政府機構和專業協會聯繫和建立網絡的工作,務求為大灣區發展和「一帶一路」倡議下的項目開拓和尋找發展和推廣機會;
(c) 協助制定有關創意產業發展的政策和策略,並協助爭取在《內地與香港關於建立更緊密經貿關係的安排》下進一步落實開放措施;
(d) 統籌就有關大灣區發展、「一帶一路」倡議和《內地與香港關於建立更緊密經貿關係的安排》的政策建議、報表、進展報告及簡報提出的意見;
(e) 組織和接待內地、大灣區和「一帶一路」國家的代表團,並在高級官員以主禮嘉賓身分出席電影業的會議和活動時向他們提供支援;;以及
(f) 掌管內地、大灣區及一帶一路科的日常運作,在必要時代表該科出席並主禮活動。
總監 (公共關係及社群媒體)
(a) 就文創產業發展處(文創處)及香港創意產業的整體推廣與市場宣傳事宜,協助制定並推行政策和策略;
(b) 根據議定的政策及策略策劃和舉辦項目及活動,以推廣和宣傳文創處及香港創意產業,並定期或因應項目情況檢討和評估成效;
(c) 就文創處及香港創意產業的整體推廣與市場宣傳事宜,建立並維持可持續發展的宣傳網路;
(d) 監察文創處轄下各網站的運作,建立有效機制,適時同步更新各網站內容,並確保機制持之有效;
(e) 監督和統籌文化體育及旅遊局和文創處高級官員參加╱主禮活動和出席媒體採訪的禮儀及後勤支援;以及
(f) 監察公共關係及社交媒體組,並管理該組獲撥的資源。

(a) 監督研究科為文創產業發展處(文創處)進行恆常╱特定研究,包括―
(i) 對香港和海外文創產業相關課題進行深入研究,並發布行業資訊,作為政策參考;
(ii) 制定、委託和推行計劃,以收集、分析和提供有關文創產業市場趨勢和人力需求的數據;
(iii) 就文創產業的內容發行進行背景資料研究,並就香港與其他主要國家的文創產業內容發行進行比較研究;以及
(iv) 在有需要時進行其他研究及調查;
(b) 與文創處以外組織聯絡,分享和交換數據及研究報告;
(c) 設計、策劃、組織和進行統計研究項目;
(d) 監督委聘研究機構進行顧問研究項目;
(e) 確保研究科採用最新的方法和技術,有能力定期或在特定情況下進行專案研究及調查,以切合文創處的運作需要;
(f) 監督文創處的資料數據庫保養工作,定期或在要求時更新數據庫;以及
(g) 監督研究科,並管理該科獲撥的資源。

Head (Mainland, GBA and B&R)
(a) To formulate and draw up implementation plans in collaboration with the relevant trade and industry associations of the eight creative sectors under the purview of CCIDAHK in the development and promotion of the proposals/activities/projects under the Greater Bay Area (GBA) Development and the Belt & Road (B&R) Initiative;
(b) To administer the liaison and networking with both local and overseas trade and industry associations, governmental and non-government authorities and professional associations of related creative disciplines with a view to exploring and identifying opportunities for the development and promotion of projects under the GBA Development and the B&R Initiative;
(c) To assist in formulating policies and strategies on the development of creative industries and fostering further liberalisation measures under the Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (CEPA);
(d) To coordinate inputs to policy submissions, returns, progress reports, briefs, etc. relating to the GBA Development, the B&R Initiative and CEPA;
(e) To organise and receive delegations from the Mainland, GBA and countries under the B&R Initiative and provide support to senior officials for attending meetings and events as guests of honour/officiating guests for film industry; and
(f) To head the Mainland, GBA and B&R Section for its daily operation and represent the team to attend and officiate events when necessary.
Head (Public Relations and Social Media)
(a) To assist in formulating and implementing policies and strategies for the overall promotion and marketing of CCIDAHK and the creative industries in Hong Kong;
(b) To plan and organise projects and activities under the agreed policies and strategies to promote and market CCIDAHK and the creative industries in Hong Kong, and to review and evaluate their effectiveness on a regular or project basis;
(c) To establish and maintain a sustainable publicity network for the promotion and marketing of the CCIDAHK and the creative industries in Hong Kong;
(d) To oversee the operation of CCIDAHK’s websites, and establish and maintain an effective mechanism for synchronising and timely updating of the contents of the websites;
(e) To oversee and co-ordinate protocol and logistical support to senior officials of the CSTB and CCIDAHK for attending/officiating at events and attending media interviews; and
(f) To supervise the Public Relations and Social Media Unit and manage the resources allocated to the Unit.
Head (Research)
(a) To oversee the Research Section in performing routine/regular or ad hoc research work for CCIDAHK, including –
(i) conducting in-depth research and disseminating industry news on topics of cultural and creative industries of Hong Kong and overseas for policy reference;
(ii) developing, commissioning and implementing programmes for collecting, analysing and presenting data of market trend and manpower needs of cultural and creative industries;
(iii) conducting background researches and comparison studies between Hong Kong and other major countries on content distribution for the cultural and creative industries; and
(iv) any other research and studies on a need basis;
(b) To liaise with external parties for sharing and exchanging data and research reports;
(c) To design, plan, organise and conduct statistical projects;
(d) To oversee the engagement of research agencies to undertake consultancy projects;
(e) To maintain a research capacity with up-to-date methodology and technology in the Research Unit to carry out specific research and studies on a regular or ad-hoc basis to serve the operational needs of CCIDAHK;
(f) To supervise the maintenance of a repository of information and database on the work of CCIDAHK, and to update the repository on a regular or request basis; and
(g) To supervise the Research Unit and manage the resources allocated to the Unit.
