職責
(a) 負責招聘非公務員合約僱員,以填補文創產業發展處(文創處)即將開設的某些新職位;
(b) 協助高層管理人員把創意香港改組為文創處,包括:
(i) 協調和監督過渡過程,並解決當中遇到的問題;以及
(ii) 監督文創處成立一段時間後的運作情況,解決當中遇到的問題並在有必要時作出調節/調整;
(c) 協助高層管理人員擬備關於改組計劃、文創處成立進度,以及該處日後工作的報告、資料文件、簡報及報表等;
(d) 為文創處提供一般行政支援;
(e) 執行人力資源管理職務;以及
(f) 執行高層管理人員指派的其他職務。

(1)遇有職務需要,受聘人或須不定時及逾時工作(包括在星期六、星期日及公眾假期工作)。
(2)入選的申請人須參加筆試及面試。

(a) to handle recruitment exercises for appointment of NCSC staff to certain new positions to be created for the Culture and Creative Industries Development Agency (CCIDA);
(b) to assist the senior management in restructuring CreateHK to CCIDA, including
(i) co-ordinating and monitoring the transition process and addressing any issues encountered; and
(ii) monitoring the operation of CCIDA over a period of time after its establishment and addressing any issues encountered and making adjustments/modifications as necessary;
(c) to assist the senior management in the compilation of reports, information papers, briefs and returns, etc. relating to the restructuring project and on the progress of CCIDA and its work after its establishment;
(d) to provide general administration support to CCIDA;
(e) to perform human resource management duties; and
(f) to undertake any other duties assigned by the senior management.
Note:
(1)Subject to the exigency of services, the appointee may be required to work irregular hours and overtime, including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.
(2)Shortlisted candidates will be required to attend written examination and interview.

入職條件

(b) 符合語文能力要求,即在香港特別行政區綜合招聘考試中文運用和英文運用兩卷考獲二級成績,或具同等成績[註];
(c) 在取得相關學歷後,具備最少十年從事一般行政、人力資源管理及/或項目管理工作並擔任管理職位的經驗,其中最少有四年是在政府、半官方機構或公營服務界別工作;
(d) 具備良好的中英文書寫能力,能操流利的粵語、普通話及英語;
(e) 精通應用軟件(包括中英文文書處理、Excel及PowerPoint);以及
(f) 具備出色的解難、分析、組織、溝通和管理技巧,以及獨立工作的能力。

(1) 香港中學文憑考試英國語文科第5級或以上成績會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。香港中學文憑考試中國語文科第5級或以上成績會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的二級成績。

(a) A bachelor’s degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
(b) Met the language proficiency requirements of “Level 2” results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese (UC) and Use of English (UE)) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, or equivalent results [Note];
(c) A minimum of 10 years’ post-qualification work experience at managerial level, in the field of general administration, human resource management and/or project management, of which at least four years were in the government, quasi-government bodies or public service sector;
(d) Good command of written Chinese and English, and spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English;
(e) Sound knowledge of application software, including Chinese and English word processing, Excel and PowerPoint; and
(f) Strong problem-solving, analytical, organising, communication and management skills, and the ability to work independently.
Note:
(1) Level 5 or above in English Language of the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) is accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the UE paper of the CRE. Level 5 or above in Chinese Language of the HKDSEE is accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the UC paper of the CRE.
(2) Grade C or above in Use of English of the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination (HKALE) or in English Language of the General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (GCE A Level) is accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the UE paper of the CRE. Grade C or above in Chinese Language and Culture or Chinese Language and Literature of the HKALE is accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the UC paper of the CRE.
(3) An overall band of 6.5 or above with no subtest score below band 6 obtained in the same sitting in the Academic Module of the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) within the 2-year validity period of the test is accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the UE paper of the CRE.
