職責
高級副總裁(生命健康科技)主要負責：
(a) 帶領生命健康科技團隊於生命健康科技領域接觸高潛力的目標企業；
(b) 就生命和健康科技制定簡報、演講資料及前沿議題研究文件，並在本地、內地及海外商業活動中發表演講，宣傳香港生命健康科技產業的獨特優勢和機遇；
(c) 協助執行總裁實施及跟進為重點企業量身定制的方案；
(d) 與內地和海外招商引才專組、國際和本地的業界夥伴、政府機構和主要持分者合作，為生命健康科技領域構建強大的重點企業生態圈；
(e) 確保團隊為生命健康科技領域的潛在和後續企業提供優質和客製化的支援服務；
(f) 管理並確保團隊的表現達成目標，並向高層官員提供高效的支援；及
(g) 按需要為引進重點企業辦公室首長級人員就工作及職務提供支援。

The Senior Vice President (Life and Health Technology) is mainly responsible for –
(a) Leading the Life and Health Technology Team to source high-potential target companies in the life and health technology sector;
(b) Formulating briefs, presentations and thought leadership materials on life and health technology; speaking at business events in Hong Kong, the Mainland and overseas to promote the unique advantages and opportunities of Hong Kong’s life and health technology sector;
(c) Assisting the Executive Director to implement and follow through tailor-made packages of incentives offered to strategic enterprises;
(d) Collaborating with the Dedicated Teams for Attracting Businesses and Talents in Mainland and overseas, international and local industry partners, government bodies and key stakeholders to generate a strong pipeline of strategic companies in the life and health technology sector;
(e) Ensuring the Team provides quality and customised support services for prospective and aftercare companies in the life and health technology sector;
(f) Managing the performance of the Team for target achievement as well as timely inputs to upper echelon; and
(g) Supporting the directorate of Office for Attracting Strategic Enterprises on duties and assignments as and when needed.

(a) 具備最少10年生命健康科技領域相關全職工作經驗，以管理職位的經驗為佳；
(b) 具備於生命健康科技領域或公營界別從事投資推廣、客戶管理、業務發展、市場推廣或項目管理相關工作經驗更佳；
(c) 持有學士學位或同等學歷；如有更高學歷及/或專業資格更佳；
(d) 在發掘潛在客戶方面具備卓越往績，並能夠管理與生態圈相關持份者的關係，例如科技園區、大學、科研機構、創新與共創實驗室、醫療組織、投資者團體、企業等；
(e) 擁有在本地、內地及海外創新科技產業取得的豐富專業知識和工作經驗，以生命健康科技相關領域（例如生物技術、醫療器械 、數碼健康和傳統中醫藥）的工作經驗為佳；
(f) 在面對和接待客戶方面具備卓越往績，具備良好市場推廣及業務拓展技巧；及
(g) 具備良好中英文書寫能力，並能操流利英語、粵語及普通話。

Candidates should have:-
(a) minimum ten years of relevant full-time work experience in life and health technology sector, preferably in managerial role;
(b) previous work experience in investment promotion, account management, business development, marketing and project management in the life and health technology or public sectors would be an advantage;
(c) a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, more advanced degree(s) and/or professional qualification(s) would be an advantage;
(d) excellent track record of generating leads and capable of managing relationship with ecosystem stakeholders, such as technology parks, universities, research institutions, innovation and co-creation labs, healthcare organisations, investor groups, corporates etc;
(e) extensive knowledge and network in the life and health technology ecosystem, with strong experience in engaging in the innovation and technology industry in Hong Kong, the Mainland and overseas, where prior work experience gained in the life and health technology related fields (such as biotechnology, medical devices, digital health and traditional Chinese medicine) would be preferable;
(f) proven record of performance in client-facing activities with strong marketing and business development skills; and
(g) a strong command of written and spoken English and written Chinese and spoken Putonghua.
