申請人如獲錄用，將調派至發展局工務科轄下組別／辦事處工作，負責以下職務(註2及3)─
- (a)協助處理文物影響評估研究工作；
- (b)就歷史建築之維修及修繕工程，提供意見及技術支援；以及
- (c)就歷史建築之活化再利用工程計劃，提供意見及技術支援。
職責
Successful candidates will be deployed to sections/offices in the Works Branch of the Development Bureau to undertake the following duties (Notes 2 and 3) –
- (a)to assist in the processing of Heritage Impact Assessment studies;
- (b)to provide technical support and advice on the restoration and maintenance of historic buildings; and
- (c)to provide technical support and advice on adaptive re-use of historic building projects.
入職條件
申請人必須─
- (a)持有本港大學頒發的建築學、屋宇／房地產測量學、城市規劃學、土木工程學學士學位，或具同等學歷；
- (b)持有有關文物建築保育或建築保育的深造文憑，或具同等學歷；
- (c)在取得上述(b)的深造文憑資格後，最少具備四年全職工作經驗，當中具備相關領域之工作經驗者，將獲優先考慮；
- (d)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2級(註1)或以上成績，或具同等成績；以及
- (e)中、英文書寫能力俱佳，能操流利英語和粵語。
申請人如在截止申請日期前未能符合入職條件(a)至(d)中任何一項，則申請將不獲考慮。申請人即使獲邀參加面試，也並不表示已符合入職條件。
Applicants should have –
- (a)a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Building/Estate Surveying, Urban Planning or Civil Engineering from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
- (b)a postgraduate diploma in Built Heritage Conservation or Architectural Conservation, or equivalent;
- (c)at least four years' post-qualification [after obtaining the postgraduate diploma in (b)] full-time working experience preferably in relevant fields;
- (d)have met the language proficiency requirements of "Level 2" (Note 1) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination ("HKCEE"), or equivalent; and
- (e)good proficiency in written Chinese and English and good command of spoken English and Cantonese.
