職責
(a) 就規劃和實施回收廢塑膠的《減廢回收約章》（約章）提供專業意見；
(b) 聯絡及協調政府各部門和相關持份者，以促進實施約章和加強回收廢塑膠；以及
(c) 監督廢物回收設施的建築過程，並加強廢物減量及回收。
其他相關的工作要求：工作時間及地點或會按部門的運作需要而變更。獲取錄者可能需要(a)不定時及超時工作，包括在晚上、周末、周日和公眾假期工作；(b)在戶外工作；以及(c)在偏遠地點工作。

(a) To provide professional advice on planning and implementation of the Waste Reduction and Recycling Charter (the Charter) for recycling of waste plastics;
(b) To liaise and coordinate with various Government departments and relevant stakeholders to facilitate the implementation of the Charter and enhance the recycling of waste plastics; and
(c) To oversee construction phase of waste recycling facilities and enhance waste reduction and recycling.
Other Job-related Requirements: The hours and venues of work may be varied having regard to the operational needs of the department. Successful candidate may be required to (a) work irregular hours and overtime, including evenings, weekends, Sundays and public holidays; and (b) work at remote locations.

(a) 於1975年12月5日或之後，成為香港工程師學會相關專業界別的法定會員，或具備同等資格；以及
(b) 在取得上述專業資格後，具備最少25年項目管理的全職工作經驗，在廢物循環再造服務的規劃／管理方面的工作經驗佔優，而當中須最少有10年與廢物設施和服務的規劃／建設／管理有關的全職工作經驗。
(a) 於1975年12月5日或之後，成為香港工程師學會相關專業界別的法定會員，或具備同等資格；以及
(b) 在取得上述專業資格後，具備最少25年項目管理的全職工作經驗，在廢物循環再造服務的規劃／管理方面的工作經驗佔優，而當中須最少有10年與廢物設施和服務的規劃／建設／管理有關的全職工作經驗。
Candidates should have–
(a) Corporate Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers in a relevant discipline admitted on or after 5 December 1975, or equivalent; and
(b) at least 25 years’ full-time post-qualification working experience in project management, preferably in planning/ management of waste recycling services, among which, with at least ten years’ full-time working experience in planning/ construction/ management of waste facilities and services.
