Part-time Educational Psychology Service Assistant Officer (EDB/SE/295/24)
時薪200元 (每星期工作不多於17小時)
職責
(a) 為有關支援有學習或適應困難的學生的實證為本的模式或措施,進行文獻檢視及資料搜集;
(b) 透過與主要持分者面談及觀察學生行為,協助進行學生需要評估;
(c) 為教師提供諮詢,以為有學習或適應困難的學生設計及/或進行個別或小組的評估、輔導和成效檢視;
(d) 向家長提供諮詢,以識別及支援有學習及/或適應困難的學生,並與有較大需要的學生的家長保持密切聯繫;
(e) 組職及進行培訓及輔導,向有學習或適應困難的學生及其家長傳授技能及知識;
(f) 設計、彙編和試用培訓資源,以及進行成效檢討;
(g) 與學生支援組、相關學校人員及/或家長檢視有學習或適應困難的學生的進展,並監察實證為本的措施在學校的推行:
(h) 協助發展心理評估工具及學齡兒童發展的研究工作;以及
(i) 履行其他職責。

a) To review literatures and conduct information search on evidence-based model/approaches/practices for students with learning and/ or emotional-behavioural difficulties;
(b) To assist in needs assessment by acquiring specific information on particular students through interviewing key stakeholders, undertaking specified behavioural observation in multiple settings;
(c) To provide consultation to teachers in designing and/ or carrying out teacher-administered assessment, intervention, pre-and post-intervention evaluation to students with learning and/ or emotional-behavioural difficulties individually or in groups;
(d) To provide consultation to parents on identification of and support for their children with learning and/or emotional-behavioural difficulties and maintain close contact with parents of children with strong support needs;
(e) To organize and deliver training activities for dissemination of skills and knowledge to students and parents;
(f) To design, compile and try-out training resources, as well as conduct pre-and post-evaluation at schools;
(g) To review the progress of students with Student Support Team, relevant school personnel and/ or parents and monitor the implementation of evidence-based practice at schools;
(h) To assist in developing psychological assessment tools and conducting research on development of school-aged children; and
(i) To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

入職條件
(a) 持有香港頒授的心理學、輔導或相關學科的學士學位,或具備同等學歷;
(b) 符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級(見註)或以上成績,或具備同等學歷;
(c) 具備在教育機構與學齡兒童或青少年工作經驗者優先;
(d) 具備進行教育研究及項目管理經驗者優先;
(e) 具備良好的中文及英文書寫及會話能力;
(f) 具備良好的溝通能力、人際關係技巧、分析能力和組織及統籌能力;既能獨立完成工作,亦能與團隊合作,完成工作目標;以及
(g) 面試者須接受技能測試。

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counselling/Guidance or related disciplines, or equivalent;
(b) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (See Note);
(c) Experience in working with school-age children and adolescents in educational settings preferred;
(d) Working experience in educational projects and research preferred;
(e) Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
(f) Good communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organization skills; ability to work independently and as a team to meet requirements; and
(g) Will be required to take trade test.

入職條件(註)
政府在聘任時,2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
