職責
主要執行一般辦公室支援服務及簡單文書職務,包括影印、收發文件、檔案管理、文件處理、顧客服務及部門支援等工作。
Mainly deployed on general office support and simple clerical duties, including photocopying, receiving and dispatching, filing, document processing, customer service and departmental support duties.
入職條件
(a) 完成中四學業,選修科目必須包括中文、英文、數學科目,或具備同等學歷;及
(b) 熟悉中英文輸入法或電腦操作,例如文書處理、試算表及簡報軟件。
