職責
宣傳主任的主要職責包括:
(a) 協助制訂、設計及執行路政署不同宣傳工作的策略;
(b) 在路政署多個社交媒體平台上建立帖文,並提供中英文圖片說明;
(c) 使用數碼單鏡反光相機(DSLR)拍照和攝錄、編輯相片和影片,並為社交媒體帖文製作圖像;
(d) 擴大對社區、傳媒和社交媒體影響者的宣傳;
(e) 監察路政署的社交媒體平台,並在有需要時提供跟進行動建議;
(f) 監察社交媒體工具、應用程式、頻道的發展趨勢、設計和策略,並提出建議;
(g) 協調路政署宣傳工作相關事宜,包括與各級同事溝通,執行相關宣傳工作;及
(h) 協助執行獲指派的其他職務。
註:獲取錄的申請人或須在不同地點(包括戶外)工作、超時工作和正常辦公時間以外(包括星期六、日和公眾假期)工作。

Major duties of the Publicity Officer are to:
(a) assist in formulating, designing and executing strategies for different publicity work of the Highways Department;
(b) create posts on various social media platforms of the Highways Department, and prepare Chinese and English captions;
(c) take photos and videos with Digital Single Lens Reflex cameras (DSLR), edit photos and videos, and produce visuals for social media posts;
(d) expand outreach effort to community, media and social media influencers;
(e) monitor the Highways Department’s social media platforms, and provide suggestions on follow-up action when necessary;
(f) monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy and give advice accordingly;
(g) co-ordinate publicity work related matters of the Highways Department, including communicating with colleagues at all levels to carry out the relevant publicity work; and
(h) assist in other duties as assigned.
Remark: Successful candidates may be required to perform work at different venues (including outdoor), work overtime and outside normal office hours (including Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

(c) 過去五年內至少有連續兩年與社交媒體相關的全職工作經驗;
(d) 具備在社交媒體(例如Facebook、Instagram、WhatsApp、微信、微博、小紅書和抖音)創作內容和撰寫標題的知識;
(e) 具備使用數碼單鏡反光相機(DSLR)的知識與經驗;
(f) 精通電腦軟件應用程式,包括Microsoft Word、Microsoft Excel及Microsoft PowerPoint、Adobe製作軟件如Photoshop及Illustrator 等。如具備有關圖像設計、編輯圖像和影片的技巧及經驗則更佳;及
(g) 具備優良的中文及英文寫作能力,特別是創意廣告文案寫作,能操流利的粵語和英語及基本的普通話。

Candidates should -
(a) have a bachelor degree in communications/ public relations/ creative media/ marketing/ advertising, or relevant subjects from a university in Hong Kong or equivalent;
(b) have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [Note];
(c) have at least two consecutive years of full-time work experience relevant to social media in the past five years;
(d) possess knowledge in creating contents and writing captions for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu and Douyin;
(e) possess knowledge and experience in using Digital Single Lens Reflex cameras (DSLR);
(f) be proficient in software applications including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe production software like Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowledge and experience in graphic design, photo and video editing will be an advantage; and
(g) have excellent command of written Chinese and English, and particularly in the creative writing; fluent Cantonese and English with basic knowledge of Putonghua.
