- (a)處理與財務及會計相關的職務如預算編制、財務會計、處理及監察付款，以符合政府的規則和規例；
- (b)根據政府的規則和規例制定財務報表；
- (c)進行財務審核、財務監控及合約管理；
- (d)協助進行會計相關領域的資訊科技系統測試；
- (e)與各相關人士聯繫、協調和處理與財務及會計相關的查詢；
- (f)監督下屬執行會計及其他相關工作；及
- (g)執行上司指派的其他工作。
職責
- (a)To handle financial and accounting related matters, such as budgeting, financial accounting as well as payment processing and monitoring, in compliance with the government rules and regulations;
- (b)To prepare financial reports in accordance with government rules and regulations;
- (c)To conduct financial vetting, financial monitoring and contract management;
- (d)To assist in conducting information technology system testing on accounting related area;
- (e)To liaise, coordinate and handle enquiries related to financial and accounting matters with different stakeholders;
- (f)To supervise team members to perform accounting or related duties; and
- (g)To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.
入職條件
申請人須：
- (a)
- (i)持有本港大學頒授的會計學學士學位，或具備同等學歷；或
- (ii)為香港會計師公會專業資格課程的註冊學生並已完成該課程的基礎級別課程，或具備同等資格；
- (b)具備至少七年會計或核數工作經驗

(c)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第3級或以上成績
[註2] ，或同等學歷。
Candidates should -
- (a)
- (i)have a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; or
- (ii)be a registered student of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ Qualification Programme(QP) and have completed the Associate Level of QP, or equivalent;
- (b)have at least seven years’ working experience in areas of accounting or auditing

- (c)meet the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent
