Medical and Health Officer
總薪級表第32點（每月港幣77,855元）至總薪級表第44B點（每月港幣132,275元）﹝參閱註(1)及(2)﹞。
職責
主要負責執行下列綱領範圍的臨牀及非臨牀職責：
(a) 法定職責；
(b) 預防疾病；
(c) 促進健康；
(d) 醫療護理；及
(e) 康復服務。
(備註： 獲取錄的申請人可能須在正常工作時間以外輪班工作及執行隨時候召職務。）

Mainly deployed on clinical and non-clinical duties in the following programme areas:

入職條件
申請人必須–
(a) 持有根據香港法例第161章《醫生註冊條例》可在香港註冊的醫科資格；
(b) 符合語文能力要求，即在綜合招聘考試的兩張語文試卷(中文運用及英文運用)中取得一級或以上成績，或具同等成績〔參閱註(3)〕；及能操流利粵語及英語；及
(c) 在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績〔參閱註(4)〕。

1. 符合資格的非本地培訓醫生現可以透過香港醫務委員會的全新特別註冊途經，在香港取得專科資格後申請正式註冊。有關特別註冊的詳情，請瀏覽香港醫務委員會網頁(https://www.mchk.org.hk/english/registration/special_registration.html)。如非本地培訓醫生獲正式聘用為公務員醫生，衞生署將為提供與本地培訓醫生相同的公務員身份和福利。

Candidates should have –
(a) a medical qualification registrable in Hong Kong under the Medical Registration Ordinance, Cap. 161;
(b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 1 or above results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent (See Note (3)); and be able to speak fluent Cantonese and English; and
(c) a pass result in the Basic Law and National Security Law Test (BLNST) (See Note (4)).

1.For eligible non locally-trained doctors, a new Special Registration pathway under the Medical Council of Hong Kong is available for you to apply full registration after obtaining specialist qualification in Hong Kong. Details of Special Registration can be found at the website of the Medical Council of Hong Kong (https://www.mchk.org.hk/english/registration/special_registration.html). If a non locally-trained doctor is employed as a Medical and Health Officer, Department of Health will offer the same civil service status and benefits as locally trained doctors.

(1）視乎當時的情況，持有以上相關專科／附屬專科的工作經驗的申請人，或會獲考慮給予增薪點。頂薪點的資料只供參考，該項資料日後或會有所更改。
(2）現時任職醫生職級的公務員所遞交的申請，一般不會獲得考慮。
(3）(a) 綜合招聘考試中文運用及英文運用試卷的成績分為二級、一級或不及格，並以二級為最高等級。
(b) 政府在聘任公務員時，香港中學文憑考試中國語文科第5級或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科C級或以上的成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的二級成績。香港中學文憑考試中國語文科第4級成績;或香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科D級的成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的一級成績。
(c) 香港中學文憑考試英國語文科第5級或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考英語運用科C級或以上成績;或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (GCE A Level) English Language科C級或以上成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。香港中學文憑考試英國語文科第4級成績;或香港高級程度會考英語運用科D級成績;或GCE A Level English Language科D級成績，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的一級成績。
(d) 在International English Language Testing System (IELTS) 學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上，並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的成績的人士，在IELTS考試成績的兩年有效期內，會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。IELTS考試成績必須在職位申請期內其中任何一日有效。
(e) 於受聘時未能在綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷取得一級成績的申請人或會獲聘。部門會因應運作需要，考慮聘用一定數量未能符合中文語文能力要求但能操流利粵語的申請人。其餘申請人須同時符合上述入職條件(a)及(b)，才會獲考慮受聘。
(4）政府會測試所有應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》及《香港國安法》知識。在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績是所有公務員職位的入職條件。申請人必須在《基本法及香港國安法》測試中取得及格成績方會獲考慮聘用。
如申請人在申請公務員職位時仍未曾參加相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試或未曾在相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試考獲及格成績，仍可作出申請。他們會被安排在招聘過程中參加相關《基本法及香港國安法》測試。
