職責
合約臨床心理學家的主要職責包括─
家庭健康服務
(a) 就母嬰健康(包括親職教育和心理健康)進行有關心理學的公眾教育;
(b) 為家長、照顧者、服務對象開辦心理教育及親職小組,並為他們提供諮詢服務;
(c) 為母嬰健康院的臨床員工提供專業培訓;以及
(d) 進行與工作有關的調查/研究。
特別預防計劃
(a) 進行精神健康評估;
(b) 為服務對象因其性取向、性健康及藥物使用等相關問題而被標籤及歧視所引起的心理社交問題提供介入措施;
(c) 為服務對象因焦慮、抑鬱或創傷等所引起的心理社交問題提供介入措施;
(d) 就如何評估及應對心理健康問題向員工提供培訓;以及
(e) 執行由上級指派的其他職務。
學生健康服務
(a) 提供針對兒童及青少年的心理服務,包括臨床評估、心理教育及個案管理,並向父母及照顧者提供有關問題管理的建議;
(b) 準備心理健康推廣資料並實施相關計劃;
(c) 提供專業意見,以協助識別心理健康問題、疾病預防、服務計劃、心理測試及研究;
(d) 為內部員工及其他醫療專業人員提供專業培訓;以及

A Contract Clinical Psychologist is mainly deployed to–
Family Health Service
(a) conduct public education in psychology in relation to child and maternal health, including parenting and mental health;
(b) conduct psychoeducational and parenting groups and consultations for parents, caregivers and clients;
(c) provide professional training for clinical staff of Maternal and Child Health Centres; and
(d) conduct work related research/studies.
Special Preventive Programme
(a) conduct mental health assessment;
(b) offer interventions to manage the psychosocial problems faced by the clients who are challenged by stigmatization and discrimination as a result of their sexual orientation and issues related to sexual health and substance use;
(c) offer interventions to manage the psychosocial problems faced by clients due to anxiety, depression, trauma, etc;
(d) provide training to staff on assessment and management of psychological health issues; and
(e) perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.
Student Health Service
(a) provide psychological services to children and adolescents, including clinical assessment, psychoeducation and case management, and offer recommendations to support parents and caregivers on problem management;
(b) develop mental health promotion materials and conduct programmes;
(c) provide professional inputs on mental health problem identification, disease prevention, service plan, psychological testing and research;
(d) provide professional training to internal staff and other health care professionals; and
(e) perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.
(Remarks: May be required to work irregular hours.)

(b) 具備至少兩年相關工作經驗;以及
(c) 符合語文能力要求,即在綜合招聘考試的兩張語文試卷(中文運用及英文運用)中取得「一級」或以上成績,或具備同等成績註(2);並能操流利粵語及英語。
(備註:申請人如為衞生署認可臨床心理學家名冊會員,會獲優先考慮。)

Candidates should have –
(a) a Master degree in Clinical Psychology from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent Notes (1);
(b) a minimum of two years of relevant working experience; and
(c) met the language proficiency requirements of “Level 1” results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the Common Recruitment Examination, or equivalent Note(2); and be able to speak fluent Cantonese and English.
(Remarks: Preference will be given to candidates who are members of the Register of Clinical Psychologists accredited by the Department of Health.)

(iii) 香港中學文憑考試英國語文科第5級或以上成績;或香港高級程度會考英語運用科C級或以上成績;或General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (GCE A Level) English Language科C級或以上成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。香港中學文憑考試英國語文科第4級成績;或香港高級程度會考英語運用科D級成績;或GCE A Level English Language科D級成績,會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的一級成績。
(iv) 在International English Language Testing System (IELTS) 學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上,並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的成績的人士,在IELTS考試成績的兩年有效期內,獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。IELTS考試成績必須在職位申請期內其中任何一日有效。
