職責
(1) 協助執行人力資源管理職務,例如招聘工作;
(2) 為委員會/會議提供行政支援;以及
(3) 提供其他行政支援。
(1) Assist in human resource management such as recruitment exercise;
(2) Provide administrative support to committees/meetings; and
(3) Provide other administrative support.
入職條件
(1) 持有本港大學頒授的學士學位,或具同等學歷;
(2) 在香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(2007年以前應為「課程乙」)取得「第3等級」(2007年以前應為「C級」)或以上成績,或具同等學歷;
(3) 取得上述學歷資格後,在辦公室行政或人力資源管理方面累積不少於兩年工作經驗;
(4) 中英兼擅;
(5) 具備良好電腦知識,熟悉文書處理、數據庫和試算表管理的操作尤佳;
(6) 具備良好的人際關係、策劃和組織技巧;
(7) 分析力強、能獨立工作、原動力強、着重團隊精神;以及
(8) 在有需要時能不定時工作。
(1) A bachelor's degree from a Hong Kong University, or equivalent;
(2) A Level 3 (Grade C before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examinations (HKCEE), or equivalent;
(3) A minimum of 2 years' post-qualification working experience in office administration or human resource management;
(4) A good command of Chinese and English languages;
(5) Good computer knowledge, preferably with practical skills on word processing, database and spreadsheet management;
(6) Good interpersonal, planning and organising skills;
(7) Strong analytical abilities, with qualities of an independent, self-motivated and committed team player; and
(8) Willing to work irregular hours when required.
