The Senior Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for :

• (a)financial and accounting duties such as preparing budgets, forecasts, financial analyses and annual accounts, and reviewing costing statements;
• (b)monitoring bank and imprest accounts;
• (c)overseeing cashflow and recommending investment of surplus funds;
• (d)overseeing accounting ledgers and systems and authorising payments; and
• (e)performing other duties as assigned by supervisors.

The candidate should –

• (a)
  • (i)have a degree in Accountancy from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; or
  • (ii)be a registered student of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants Qualification Programme, or equivalent;
• (b)have a pass result in the Aptitude Test in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE);
• (c)have met the language proficiency requirements of ‘Level 2’ results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the CRE, or equivalent; and be able to speak fluent Cantonese and English; and
• (d)have at least 5 years’ relevant post-qualification accounting experience with at least 3 years’ hands-on experience on SunAccount and be able to handle full set of accounts.
