職責
高級會計事務主任負責：
(a) 處理財務及會計相關工作如編製預算、財務分析及周年帳目，以及檢視成本計算表；
(b) 監督銀行及現金墊支戶口；
(c) 監察現金流及建議投資盈餘方案；
(d) 監察會計賬目及批核支出；以及
(e) 執行上司安排的其它工作。
The Senior Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for :
(a) financial and accounting duties such as preparing budgets, forecasts, financial analyses and annual accounts, and reviewing costing statements;
(b) monitoring bank and imprest accounts;
(c) overseeing cashflow and recommending investment of surplus funds;
(d) overseeing accounting ledgers and systems and authorising payments; and
(e) performing other duties as assigned by supervisors.
入職條件
申請人須 -
(a) (i) 持有本港大學所頒授的會計學士學位，或同等學歷；或
(ii) 為香港會計師公會專業資格課程的註冊學生，或同等學歷；
(b) 在綜合招聘考試能力傾向測試試卷考獲及格成績；
(c) 符合語文能力的要求，即在綜合招聘考試兩份語文試卷(中文運用及英文運用)取得二級成績，或具備同等成績；及能操流利粵語及英語；及
(d) 在取得(a)項的入職資格後，具備至少五年會計的工作經驗及至少三年實際操作SunAccount的經驗；及能處理整套帳目。
The candidate should –
(a) (i) have a degree in Accountancy from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; or
(ii) be a registered student of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants Qualification Programme, or equivalent;
(b) have a pass result in the Aptitude Test in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE);
(c) have met the language proficiency requirements of ‘Level 2’ results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the CRE, or equivalent; and be able to speak fluent Cantonese and English; and
(d) have at least 5 years’ relevant post-qualification accounting experience with at least 3 years’ hands-on experience on SunAccount and be able to handle full set of accounts.

(1) 申請人可能須參加能力傾向筆試並取得及格成績，以評核會計知識方面的才能。
(2) 職位空缺數目將按當時需要的人手而定。
