職責
(1) 為諮詢服務中心提供文書和秘書服務,包括一般行政、檔案管理、聯絡及處理電腦資料;(2) 處理查詢及投訴;(3) 在有需要時執行其他相關的職務。
(1) To provide clerical and secretarial support for the daily operation of Public Enquiry Service Center, including general administration, record management, liaison and data processing; (2) To handle enquiries and complaints; (3) Other related duties as and when required.
入職條件
(1) 香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科成績須達第2級或以上,以及另有三科成績達E級或以上,或具備同等學歷;(2) 最少二年全職文書或秘書工作經驗;(3) 具備豐富電腦軟件應用知識,包括精通MS WORD、EXCEL及中英文文字處理技巧;(4) 操流利粵語,能書寫一般中、英文體。
(1) Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language together with three other subjects at Grade E or above in the HKCEE, or equivalent. (2) A minimum of two years’ full-time clerical or secretarial working experience. (3) Good computer knowledge including proficiency of MS Word, Excel and Chinese and English Word-processing skills. (4) speaking fluent Cantonese and able to write general Chinese and English messages.
