合約漁農督察主要負責在海岸公園內進行遊客活動調查、水底監測調查及生態調查；協助輸入和分析數據，及製作報告；協助和合約承辦商的聯絡、管理及監測合約工作；執行法例，包括警告、調查及檢控；協助組織及進行教育活動，以提升公眾人士對海岸公園的認識；協助聯繫及諮詢環保團體、漁民及其他有關組織；及進行其他被委派的相關工作。
註：
須在新界工作，並可能須不定時工作（包括晚間及周末）、在基地以外的地方通宵工作，以及在部門或商業船上工作。
職責
A Contract Field Inspector is mainly deployed on conducting visitor activity survey, underwater monitoring survey and ecological studies in the marine parks; assisting in data processing, data analysis and preparing reports; assisting in preparing correspondences to the contractors, supervision and monitoring of contracts; carrying out law enforcement duties including warnings, investigations, and prosecutions; assisting in the organization and implementation of education programmes to promote public awareness related to the marine parks; assisting in the liaison and consultation with green groups, fishermen and other concerned groups; and carrying out any other relevant duties as may be assigned.
Note:
Required to work in the New Territories and may have to work irregular hours including evenings and weekends, to stay overnight away from the base, and to spend time at sea on departmental or commercial vessels.
入職條件
- (a)持有香港其中一間大學頒發的自然科學、海洋生態學、環境管理學或環境科學的學位，或具同等學歷；
- (b)在香港中學會考五科達到第2等級╱E級或以上，或具同等學歷；
- (c)在香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科的成績達第2等級或以上，或具同等學歷；
- (d)持有進階潛水員牌照及駕駛執照者可獲優先考慮。
註：
政府在聘任非公務員時，過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)E級的成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2等級的成績。
- (a)a bachelor’s degree in natural science, marine ecology, environment management, or environment science from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
- (b)Grade E or Level 2 or above in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
- (c)Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKCEE, or equivalent;
- (d)higher priority will be accorded to candidates with Advance Scuba diving and driving licence.
Note:
For non-civil service appointment purpose, ‘Grade E’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 2’ in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE.
