獲錄用的申請人需
- (a)就有關公司清盤案和個人破產案所衍生的複雜法律事宜提供意見；
- (b)檢控違反有關法例的罪行；
- (c)進行取消董事資格的工作；
- (d)代表破產管理署署長就破產案在法院出庭；及
- (e)進行法律研究（包括與破產有關的法律及修訂法例）。
職責
The successful candidate will be required to
- (a)advise on complex legal issues which arise in the insolvency of both corporations and individuals;
- (b)prosecute offences under the relevant legislation;
- (c)conduct directors' disqualification work;
- (d)appear in court on behalf of the Official Receiver in relation to insolvency cases; and
- (e)conduct legal researches including insolvency related law and amending legislation.
入職條件
申請人須
- (a)
- (i)在《律政人員條例》第2A條及附表2所規定的認可司法管轄區內取得律師資格後，具備最少六年專業經驗；或
- (ii)在《律政人員條例》第2A條及附表2所規定的認可司法管轄區內取得大律師資格和全面執業權後，具備最少七年專業經驗；
- (b)在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科成績達第2級或以上，或具同等學歷（註(1)）；及
- (c)能操流利廣東話。
Candidates should –
- (a)
- (i)be solicitors with at least six years' professional experience since admission in a recognized jurisdiction as stipulated under Section 2A and Schedule 2 of the Legal Officers Ordinance; or
- (ii)be barristers with at least seven years' professional experience since attaining the right to full practice in a recognized jurisdiction as stipulated under Section 2A and Schedule 2 of the Legal Officers Ordinance;
- (b)have obtained Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note (1)]; and
- (c)be fluent in Cantonese.

- (1)以往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)的 'C級' 及 'E級' 成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或以後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科 '第3級' 及 '第2級' 的成績。
