職位
你須向環球主管(家族辦公室)匯報工作,並為家族辦公室團隊提供全面的行政支援。你亦須與家族辦公室團隊其他成員緊密合作,並與香港的市場推廣、公關、活動統籌及企業服務小組、其他派駐香港特別行政區政府駐內地及海外經濟貿易辦事處的行政經理,以及其他政府內外持分者通力協作。
要勝任以上職位,你須:

職責
(a) 協助環球主管(家族辦公室)整理報表,以及草擬簡介、簡報資料、報告及與家族辦公室事宜相關的信件;
(b) 擔任家族辦公室團隊與政府其他政策局/部門、監管機構及外間機構/家族辦公室主要持份者之間的主要聯絡人,並統籌相關會議/簡介會/研討會;
(c) 為家族辦公室團隊提供人力資源管理支援;
(d) 根據政府及投資推廣署的內部規則及規例妥善管理家族辦公室團隊的運作,並提供財務行政支援(包括管理及統籌財政預算、執行合規監察工作等);
(e) 協助環球主管(家族辦公室)監察家族辦公室團隊在香港、內地及海外各成員的工作成果、主要表現指標及服務表現;
(f) 監督一般行政職務,包括辦公地方、檔案管理及採購事宜,以確保家族辦公室團隊運作暢順;
(g) 就家族辦公室的相關措施提供行政支援;以及
(h) 在有需要時執行其他職務。

InvestHK is looking for a passionate, high-calibre, result-oriented professional to join the Global Family Office team in Hong Kong as Senior Executive Manager, Family Office. In this exciting role, you will need to deploy your managerial skills to provide administrative support to the Family Office (FO) team to help make Hong Kong a leading global hub and a preferred destination for FOs from around the world.
The Role
Reporting to Global Head, Family Office, you will be responsible for providing all-round administrative support to the FO team. You will work closely with other FO team members, and collaborate with the marketing, public relations, events and corporate services teams in Hong Kong, other office managers in the Economic and Trade Offices of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government in the Mainland and overseas, as well as other internal and external stakeholders.
You will need to demonstrate:
(a) strong planning and organisational abilities, attention to detail and the ability to work independently under pressure;
(b) strong ability to handle administrative tasks such as spreadsheets and reports;
(c) good knowledge of the FO ecosystem and the financial services sector;
(d) ability to manage multiple touchpoints and respond quickly to changes in priorities;
(e) ability to work independently under pressure to meet performance targets and set forth objectives and as a team player;
(f) good communication and interpersonal skills, and strong governance; and
(g) good knowledge of the application of computer software such as word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software and data analysis tools.
Duties
(a) To assist Global Head, Family Office in consolidating returns, drafting briefs, presentation materials, reports and other correspondence related to FO matters;
(b) To be the key liaison between the FO team and other Government bureaux/ departments, regulators and external parties/ key FO stakeholders and coordinate meetings/ briefings/ seminars accordingly;
(c) To provide human resources management support to the FO team;
(d) To ensure proper governance within the team in accordance with the internal rules and regulations within the Government and InvestHK, and provide financial administrative support to the FO team including budget allocation and performing compliance work, etc.;
(e) To assist Global Head, Family Office in monitoring results, key performance indicators and performance delivery of each FO team member in Hong Kong, in the Mainland and overseas;
(f) To oversee the general administrative duties including office accommodation, records management and procurement matters to ensure smooth operation of the FO team;
(g) To provide administration support to all FO initiatives; and
(h) To perform any other duties as and when required.

(a) A Bachelor's degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
(b) A minimum of five years of relevant full-time work experience in general administration, human resources management or finance fields, with at least three years’ managerial experience in the public sector preferred;
(c) Meet the language proficiency requirements of “Level 2” results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) or equivalent (see Notes (a) to (c));
(d) Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is a must. Fluency in one or more of the languages of the key target markets (i.e. ASEAN, Middle East, Europe) would be an advantage; and
(e) Proficiency in English and Chinese word processing, and in the applications of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Note
(a) Level 5 or above in Chinese Language of the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) is accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the Use of Chinese (UC) paper of the CRE. Level 5 or above in English Language of the HKDSEE is accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the Use of English (UE) paper of the CRE.
(b) Grade C or above in Use of English of the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination (HKALE) or in English Language of the General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) (GCE A Level) is accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the UE paper of the CRE. Grade C or above in Chinese Language and Culture or Chinese Language and Literature of the HKALE is accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the UC paper of the CRE.
(c) An overall band of 6.5 or above with no subtest score below band 6 obtained in the same sitting in the Academic Module of the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) within the two-year validity period of the test is accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the UE paper of the CRE. The IELTS test result must be valid on any date during the application period.
