職責
留宿廚師主要負責提供烹調服務。留宿廚師也須保持廚房清潔衞生。(註:留宿廚師須留宿、穿着制服、不定時工作和輪班當值。超時工作以補假作償。)
A Live-in Chef is mainly deployed on the provision of cooking service. A Live-in Chef is also required to maintain kitchen clean and hygienic. (Note: A Live-in Chef is required to live-in the quarters, wear uniform, work irregular hours and on shift duty. Overtime work will be compensated by time-off in lieu.)
入職條件
申請人須 -
(a) 具備最少四年在大戶家庭或大型機構烹調食物的經驗;
(b) 精通中西廚藝;以及
(c) 能操流利粵語和簡單英語。
Candidates should -
(a) have at least four years' experience in cooking in a large household or establishment;
(b) be competent in Chinese and Western cuisine; and
(c) be able to communicate in fluent Cantonese and simple English.
