職責
獲取錄者須負責協助提供編輯服務,以編訂及管理香港特別行政區政府的一站式入門網站─「香港政府一站通」(www.gov.hk)(包括個人化網站「我的政府一站通」)所載的全部內容。主要職責為:
(a) 策劃、撰寫、編輯及校對「香港政府一站通」所有中英文內容,並就內容提供意見;
(b) 聯絡政府各局/部門,以進一步加強「香港政府一站通」的內容;
(c) 確保「香港政府一站通」的內容風格貫徹一致;以及
(d) 審閱及加強「香港政府一站通」的內容寫作指引。
註: 合適的申請人會獲邀參加筆試及面試。
The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting on-going editorial service for the development and maintenance of all contents in GovHK(香港政府一站通)(www.gov.hk), the one-stop portal of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, including the personalised portal MyGovHK(我的政府一站通). His/Her main duties include:
(a) To plan, write, edit, proofread and provide advice on all English and Chinese contents on GovHK;
(b) To coordinate with government bureaux/departments for the further content development of GovHK;
(c) To ensure a consistent writing style throughout GovHK; and
(d) To review and enhance the content style guide for GovHK.
Notes: Suitable applicants will be required to attend a written test and an interview.
入職條件
(a) 持有本港大學頒授的學位,或同等學歷,尤以主修傳理、新聞、翻譯或相關科目為佳;
(b) 在香港中學會考或香港中學文憑考試中國語文科和英國語文科成績達第3等級或以上,或具備同等學歷[註];
(c) 取得學位後,具最少7年從事全職中文或英文撰稿或編輯工作的經驗(當中最少3年為編輯職位),尤以生活消閒類刊物的編輯經驗為佳。具備從事網上出版經驗者可獲優先考慮;
(d) 具備卓越的中文及英文寫作能力;
(e) 對香港特別行政區政府架構有一定認識,並對政府各局/部門所提供的資訊及服務有概括了解;
(f) 具時事觸覺者更佳;
(g) 能應付緊迫的工作時限;以及
(h) 具備良好的組織能力及溝通技巧。
[註:政府在聘任非公務員合約員工時,2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)C級及E級成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。]
(a) A degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent, preferably in communications, journalism, translation or a related discipline;
(b) Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent[Note];
(c) At least 7 years of post-degree full time working experience in Chinese/English copywriting/editorial fields (of which at least 3 years should be in editorial role), preferably gained from publications/titles related to lifestyle subjects. Copy writing experience in web publications will be an advantage;
(d) Proficiency in Chinese and English writing;
(e) Reasonable understanding about the structure of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and an overall idea about the information and services offered by government bureaux/departments;
(f) Sense of current affairs is a plus;
(g) Being prepared to meet tight deadlines; and
(h) Strong organisational and communication skills.
[Note: for non-civil service appointment purpose, ‘Grade C’ and ‘Grade E’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 3’ and ‘Level 2’ respectively in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]
