- (a)協助與相關部門協調，並協助推行一項大型基建項目；
- (b)協助管理顧問以監察並核實設計顧問進行的設計工作，管理顧問以便對一直進行的環境影響評估研究予以獨立檢討，以及／或監察相關的公眾諮詢／參與工作；
- (c)監督設計工作及／或環境影響評估的進度和發展，以及協助識別和解決任何相關的重要事宜，使設計工作／環境影響評估能夠適時完成；
- (d)就有關項目配合及紓減環境影響措施的事宜，與設計／環境影響評估顧問緊密聯繫；
- (e)協助處理所有策劃和項目監控事宜，以及一切相關工程和顧問研究；以及
- (f)評估和檢討建築安全事宜、可持續方法的應用，以及其他建築事宜。
職責
- (a)to assist in the coordination with relevant departments and to facilitate the implementation of a major infrastructure project;
- (b)to assist in managing consultants to monitor and verify the designs being undertaken by the design consultants, managing consultants to conduct independent review of an ongoing EIA study, and/or overseeing related public consultation/engagement;
- (c)to monitor the progress and development of the designs and/or the EIA, and assist to identify and resolve any related key issues to enable timely completion of the designs/EIA;
- (d)to liaise closely with the design/EIA consultants and coordinate with relevant departments on issues relating to project interface and environmental impacts mitigation measures;
- (e)to assist in all programming and project control issues and any related work and consultancy; and
- (f)to assess and review construction safety issues and the use of sustainable methods and other construction issues.
入職條件
- (a)具備香港工程師學會(土木界別)於1975年12月5日後選取的正式會員資格(如具備土木工程以外的經驗、專業知識及其他資格，例如香港建築師學會正式會員資格或香港工程師學會其他相關界別正式會員資格，也會獲得考慮)或同等資格(註1)；
- (b)在獲得(a)項的資格後，至少有三年相關工作經驗，並擁有環境影響評估研究、土木工程及／或其他工程／發展項目的經驗，以及具備與機場／飛行區及相關設施的設計、建造及／或運作有關的經驗及專業知識(註2)；以及
- (c)在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲“第2級”或以上成績，或具備同等學歷(註3)。
- (a)Corporate Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Civil Discipline) elected after 5 December 1975 (consideration will also be given to those having experience, expertise and professional qualifications other than civil engineering, such as Corporate Membership of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects or Corporate Membership of other relevant disciplines of HKIE), or equivalent (Note 1)
- (b)Have a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification working experience, and possess experience in environmental impact assessment (EIA) studies, civil engineering and/or other engineering/development projects with experience and expertise relevant to airport/airfield and related facilities design, construction and/or operations (Note 2);
- (c)Attained “Level 2” or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (Note 3).

- (1)申請人如只持有非本地專業資格，應提交所需證明文件，證明該等資格等同本地有關專業資格，例如提供證據，證明申請人的資格在截止申請日期之前，已獲香港工程師學會接納為正式會員(土木／土力界別)。

- (3)過往的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)“E”級成績，在行政上視為等同2007年及之後的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科“第2級”成績。
