Successful candidate will be deployed to carry out the following duties in respect of the construction of additional floors at Central Pier Nos. 4, 5 and 6 project in the Civil Engineering and Development Department:-

• (a)Management of consultant engineers and architects;
• (b)Overseeing the seeking of planning approval and green building certification;
• (c)Overseeing design and construction of the project to ensure compliance with Building Ordinance and Building Regulations;
• (d)Planning and implementation of public consultation and public engagement; and
• (e)Managing project interfaces, including coordinating with ferry operators, government departments, utility undertakers and other concerned parties during design and construction of the project.

Candidates should –

• (a)be a Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA), or equivalent, and a Registered Architect of the Architects Registration Board (ARB) of Hong Kong;
• (b)have at least seven years’ relevant post-qualification experience (see Note (1)); and
• (c)attain Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (see Note (2)).
