職責
(a)監督有關臨時員工和服務提供者的合約及支薪事宜;(b)處理對外書信並為各類會議提供文書支援;(c)進行及協調招聘程序、採購貨物及服務、資源管理、協助辦公室的搬遷及裝修工作等;(d)收集及分析統計資料;(e)維護檔案系統;(f)擔任各種有關行政及人事的工作;(g)監督員工。
(a) supervise in the preparation of contracts and payments for temporary staff and service providers; (b) handle external correspondence and provide secretarial support to various meetings; (c) handle matters in respect of recruitment, procurement of goods and services, resource management, office accommodation, etc.; (d) collect and analyze statistical information; (e) maintain filing system; (f) perform other general administration and personnel work as assigned; (g) supervise junior colleagues.
入職條件
申請人必須 —
(a) (i) 持有香港頒授的學位,或具同等學歷;並具兩年辦公室行政及人力資源管理經驗,以具備在政府或公營機構工作的經驗為佳;或
(ii) 持有香港大專院校頒授的認可高級文憑或認可副學士學位,或具同等學歷;並具四年相關工作經驗;及
(b) 符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學會考/香港中學文憑考試英國語文科考獲第3等級或以上成績,或具同等成績[參閱註] 。
申請人如 —
(i) 熟識政府行政/採購程序及《僱傭條例》;
(ii) 熟識電腦操作,包括微軟Word、Excel和Powerpoint;及/或
(iii) 具備督導及管理經驗
則更為理想。
Candidates should have -
(a) (i) a Hong Kong degree, or equivalent; and 2 years’ experience in office administration and human resources management, preferably in the Government or public bodies; or
(ii) an accredited Higher Diploma or Associate Degree from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 4 years’ relevant experience; and
(b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination, or equivalent [See Note].
Candidates who possess –
(i) sound knowledge of government administrative / procurement procedures and Employment Ordinance;
(ii) sound knowledge of computer operations in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint; and/or
(iii) supervisory experience
will have an advantage.

過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)C級的成績,在行政上會視為等同二零零七年及以後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3等級成績。
