• (a)To coordinate and conduct assessment of applications submitted under the Enhancing Self-Reliance Through District Partnership (ESR) Progamme for setting up social enterprise;
• (b)To prepare funding agreements of approved projects;
• (c)To coordinate with the grantees on payments and other financial matters;
• (d)To monitor progress of funded projects;
• (e)To provide support to the grantees as necessary in implementing approved projects;
• (f)To organise sharing sessions for grantees, and
• (g)To provide support to the Advisory Committee on ESR Programme as necessary.

The vacancy is open to both female and male candidates. Candidates should have

• (a)a bachelor degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
• (b)10 years’ post-qualification working experience in management position in the field of social welfare services, social enterprises or business corporation;
• (c)Knowledge and experience in operations of public funding schemes and monitoring of community projects/programmes is an advantage;
• (d)experience in business consultancy and/or management accounting is an advantage;
• (e)excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English, obtained, with the minimum language proficiency requirements of ‘Level 2’ in the two language papers(Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the CRE, or equivalent (Note);
• (f)planning and project management skills; and
• (g)communication and interpersonal skills in interface with a wide spectrum of non-governmental and local community organisations and the public.
