- (a)協助統籌、計劃、推行及評估語文教學支援組提供的支援服務；
- (b)帶領整個教學支援隊伍，提供諮詢及專業發展的支援，以協助中小學校長、中國語文科科主任及教師推行課程改革；
- (c)籌劃內部專業發展的培訓活動；
- (d)統籌為中小學中國語文科科主任及教師舉辦的全港／跨區專業發展活動；
- (e)推廣中小學中國語文教學的良好方法及有效的資源運用；
- (f)監督本組所策劃有關中小學中文學與教之校本研究及發展項目；以及
- (g)聯絡對外機構／教育團體，在支援香港的中文學習方面，得到相關的協助。

職責
- (a)To assist in the coordination, planning, implementation and evaluation of the support services to be provided by the Language Learning Support Section;
- (b)To lead a team of officers in providing advisory and professional development support services to primary / secondary school heads, Chinese panel heads and teachers to help them implement the curriculum reform;
- (c)To organize in-house professional development programmes;
- (d)To coordinate territory-wide / cross-district networking functions for primary / secondary school Chinese panel heads and teachers;
- (e)To coordinate the dissemination of good practices in Chinese Language learning and teaching and effective resources for use in primary / secondary schools;
- (f)To monitor research and development projects related to Chinese Language learning and teaching in primary / secondary schools; and
- (g)To liaise with external institution / educational bodies to enlist their assistance in supporting Chinese Language learning in Hong Kong.
入職條件
- (a)持有本港頒授的中國語文及/或中國語文教育學士學位，或具備同等學歷，持有中國語文教育或相關學科之較高程度學位或同等學歷則可獲優先考慮[見註(ii)]；
- (b)持有本港專上教育機構頒授的教育證書，或具備同等學歷；
- (c)在綜合招聘考試兩張語文試卷(中文運用及英文運用)中取得「二級」成績，或具備同等成績[見註(iii)]；
- (d)在取得有關學歷後，具備不少於十年的相關工作經驗，包括教學、督導管理、資源管理、推行教育研究、培訓或提供直接支援予學校以促進中國語文學習[見註(iv)]；
- (e)熟悉本地教育制度及課程改革；
- (f)對現時本地及國際的中國語文教育趨勢有透徹的認識及敏銳的觸覺；以及
- (g)具領導才能、掌握良好溝通、交際及表達技巧。
- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree or equivalent in Chinese Language and/or Chinese Language education is essential, and a higher degree or equivalent in Chinese Language education or related discipline is preferable [see Note (ii)];
- (b)A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent;
- (c)'Level 2' results in the two language papers ("Use of Chinese" and "Use of English") in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent [see Note (iii)];
- (d)At least 10 years' relevant post-qualification experience in teaching, supervision, resource management, conducting educational research, training or providing direct support to schools to enhance Chinese Language learning [see Note (iv)];
- (e)Good knowledge of the local education system and the curriculum reform;
- (f)Knowledge of current trends in Chinese Language education in both local and international settings; and
- (g)Proven leadership, excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
入職條件(註)
- (i)高級課程主任(語文教學支援/中文)職位的申請日期為2013年8月2日(星期五)至2013年8月16日(星期五)。
- (ii)申請人須在申請表上清楚註明所修讀學位課程的主修和副修科目。申請人如有其他學歷(例如碩士或博士學位)，亦須一併在申請表上列明。
- (iii)綜合招聘考試中文運用及英文運用試卷的成績分為「二級」、「一級」或「不及格」，並以「二級」為最高等級。香港高級程度會考中國語文及文化、中國語言文學或中國語文科「C」級或以上和「D」級的成績，分別會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試中文運用試卷的「二級」和「一級」成績。香港高級程度會考英語運用科「C」級或以上和「D」級的成績（或同等成績），則分別會獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的「二級」和「一級」成績。在International English Language Testing System （IELTS）學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上，並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的人士，在IELTS考試成績的兩年有效期內，會視為已符合高級課程主任（語文教學支援／中文）職位的英語能力要求。IELTS考試成績必須在職位開始接受申請的首天(即2013年8月2日)仍然有效。
- (iv)申請人須述明於取得有關學歷後所具備的相關工作經驗及性質。
- (v)為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣，所有教育局高級課程主任職位的招聘，均會包括《基本法》知識的評核。申請人在基本法測試(學位╱專業程度職系)的表現，會用作評核整體表現的其中一個考慮因素，但不會影響其申請教育局高級課程主任職位的資格。原則上，申請人的學歷、經驗和才能仍然是考慮其是否適合被聘用的主要因素。
- (vi)申請人須處事盡責、積極主動、對工作有熱誠，並須品格良好，願意為教育界服務，作出承擔，以及能以中英文與人有效溝通。
