主要的職責包括：
- (a)監督和管理承辦商的項目進度，項目範疇主要相關於建立新的在用車輛廢氣管制措施或改善車輛廢氣排放模型的準確度；
- (b)就承辦商提交的結果及報告, 進行較對、分析及整合; 以及
- (c)編製政府招標文件及履行其他行政工作。
職責
The main duties include:
- (a)To oversee and manage the contractors on progress of projects mainly related to the development of new in-use vehicles emission control programmes or to the improvement of the accuracy of vehicle emission model;
- (b)To check, analyze and consolidate the results and reports submitted by the contractors; and
- (c)To prepare tender documents and other administrative duties.
入職條件
申請人必須－
- (a)持有本港大學頒授的學位，或具備同等學歷；
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在 香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2等級或以上，或具同等成績（註：在聘用非公務員時，過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) E級的成績，在行政上會分別視為等同2007年或以後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2等級的成績。）；以及
- (c)於取得有關學歷後，具有至少三年與技術、工程或項目管理有關的全職工作經驗。
Applicants should have –
- (a)a Hong Kong degree, or equivalent;
- (b)met the language proficiency of Level 2 or above in the Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent
(Note: For non-civil service appointment purpose, “Grade E” in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to “Level 2” in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth); and (c) minimum three years’ full time post-qualifications working experience in technical, engineering or project management field; or equivalent.
