• (a)vetting and processing cases of applications (including processing, approving and reviewing applications, handling complaints, conducting interviews with applicants and others, conducting investigation into doubtful cases, following up on cases, etc.);
• (b)supervising a team of staff;
• (c)assisting in managing office administration and day-to-day operations;
• (d)providing public enquiry service and monitoring enquiry counters and hotline services; and
• (e)performing other duties as assigned by senior officers.

Applicants should -

• (i)have

• (1)Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects including Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE)

• (2)Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects including Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE)

• (ii)have at least 5 years of full-time working experience of which at least 3 years must be spent in vetting and processing cases or applications in a relevant rule-based industry such as insurance, banking, accounting, auditing, public administration or the legal profession (please indicate clearly on the application form or in a CV);
• (iii)have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in the full-time working experience stated in
• (ii)above (please indicate clearly on the application form or in a CV);
• (iv)have good command of spoken and written Chinese and English;
• (v)have basic knowledge in computer applications;
• (vi)preferably have customer service experience (please indicate clearly on the application form or in a CV).
