Systems Analyst (Application System Development and Support)

職責
Successful candidates will be deployed on:
- (i)defining user requirements, conducting system analysis and design;
- (ii)application system development;
- (iii)overseeing project implementation processes; and
- (iv)providing services in system maintenance and enhancements of the existing application systems. A Systems Analyst is required to perform on-call support and other duties, and work outside normal working hours if necessary.

申請人須(a)持有香港學位，或同等學歷，而所選修學系必須為電腦科學／電腦學，或同等學歷；(b)於香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績及英國語文科考獲第3級或以上成績(見註)，或具同等成績；(c)於取得學歷資格後，具備至少四年資訊科技工作經驗，其中兩年擔任系統分析主任或同等職級並負責督導工作；(d)具備至少一年有關統籌與外間服務供應商一起開發和推行應用系統工作的經驗；以及(e)具備至少四年有關採用以下最少三種技術開發和推行網上系統的工作經驗：(i)關係數據庫及相關開發工具；(ii)報表產生軟件；(iii)XML；(iv)J2EE應用伺服器或.NET平台；(v)流動程式開發；(vi)以扣帳卡／信用卡及／或智能卡進行電子付款；或(vii)無線射頻識別。在管理服務合約、統籌大規模應用系統推展工作及資訊科技採購程序方面具經驗者，可獲優先考慮。
Candidates should have
- (a)a Hong Kong degree, or equivalent, in Computer Science or Computer Studies, or equivalent;
- (b)Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and Level 3 or above in English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (see Note), or equivalent;
- (c)at least 4 years' post-qualification IT experience with 2 years in a supervisory role at Systems Analyst or equivalent level;
- (d)at least 1 year's IT experience in coordination of application development and implementation activities with external service providers; and
- (e)at least 4 years' experience in web-based systems development and implementation using at least 3 of the following technologies:
- (i)Relational Database and related development tools,
- (ii)Reporting tools,
- (iii)XML,
- (iv)J2EE Application Server or .NET Platform,
- (v)mobile apps development,
- (vi)electronic payment using debit/credit card and / or smart card; or
- (vii)RFID. Possession of experience in managing service contracts, coordinating large-scale rollout activities and IT procurement procedures will be an advantage.
