二級監工（汽車）主要負責(a)督導及訓練初級員工；(b)策劃維修工程計劃及協助擬訂維修成本預算；(c)申領及管理物料；(d)監督（建築物的）設備（包括汽車）及／或系統或機器的合約工程、安裝、操作、維修、保養及管理／控制；及(e)執行工藝工作。

職責
A Works Supervisor II (Vehicle) is mainly deployed on
- (a)supervising and training junior staff;
- (b)planning programmes for maintenance work and assisting in preparing estimates of cost of repair;
- (c)requisitioning and controlling stores;
- (d)supervising contract works, installation, operation, repair, maintenance and management / control of equipment (including vehicles) and / or systems (of buildings) or plants; and
- (e)performing craft work.
入職條件
申請人必須
- (a)
- (i)具備香港理工大學／理工學院、香港專業教育學院或工業學院／科技學院所頒發的汽車工程證書，或同等學歷；或(ii)完成認可的汽車工程技術員學徒訓練；或(iii)完成認可的技工學徒訓練，並在汽車工程有至少兩年擔任技工的工作經驗；或(iv)有至少五年擔任汽車工程技工的工作經驗；以及(b)具備相當於中三程度的中英文語文能力。 <br>（申請人如擁有汽車工程範疇的相關工作經驗及督導其他員工工作或自行執行專門技術工作的經驗，可獲優先考慮。）
Candidates should have
- (a)
- (i)a Certificate in Automotive Engineering from a Hong Kong polytechnic university / polytechnic, the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or a technical institute / technical college, or equivalent; or
- (ii)completed a recognised Technician Apprenticeship in automotive engineering; or
- (iii)completed a recognised Craft Apprenticeship with two years' experience as a skilled worker in automotive engineering; or
- (iv)five years' experience as a skilled worker in automotive engineering; and
- (b)attained a level of proficiency in Chinese and English Languages equivalent to Secondary 3 standard. <br>(Preference may be given to candidates who have relevant experience in the automotive engineering field and experience in supervising staff or performing specialised technical duties.)
