(a) To assist in knowledge generation and management of School- based Professional Support (SBPS) Programmes through regular review of support services provided and collation of good practices generated; (b) To assist in the development of dissemination platform of knowledge generated; (c) To assist in the preparation and implementation of the annual survey by refining the quantitative and qualitative survey tools and to carry out related school visits; (d) To assist in processing data collected in the annual survey and to compile the research findings to prepare the related reports and extracts; (e) To assist in the coordination of tripartite collaboration among schools, Sections/Divisions of Education Bureau (EDB) and service providers in enhancing professional capacity and strengthening monitoring; (f) To assist the Section in handling correspondence and liaison work with schools, service providers and different Sections/Divisions of the EDB on various SBPS programmes to smoothen the programme implementation; and (g) To provide executive support on SBPS programmes as required.

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree or equivalent [See Note (ii)]; (b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution or equivalent; (c) Met the language proficiency requirement of 'Level 2' results in the two language papers [Use of Chinese (UC) and Use of English (UE)] in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent [See Note (iii)]; (d) At least 2 years of post-degree teaching experience [See Note (iv)]; and (e) Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in conducting educational research.
