職責
Responsible for editing and publishing news on websites and mobile apps, which may include text, images, sound and video; planning and developing online news services; sub-editing; evening and / or overnight editing; compiling, reading news bulletins and summaries on air; editing and preparing hourly summaries from incoming reporters for broadcast; programme preparation / production; managing and coordinating staff and other resources; supervising and training staff; organizing and implementing work plans and assignments; and ensuring the content of news bulletins or news-related programmes are accurate, balanced and of good standard.
Note:
Required to work irregular hours / over-night shifts / on public holidays; and to work during typhoons, rainstorm black warning and other emergencies

- (i)持有香港頒授的學位，以主修新聞及傳理學為佳，或具備同等學歷，並具備六年新聞／副編輯或廣播工作經驗；或
- (ii)持有香港大專院校頒授的認可副學士學位或認可高級文憑，以主修新聞及傳理學為佳，或具備同等學歷，並具備八年相關工作經驗；或
- (iii)持有香港大專院校頒授的認可文憑，以主修新聞及傳理學為佳，或具備同等學歷，並具備十年相關工作經驗；或
- (iv)在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第3級或同等或以上成績，或具備同等學歷[請參閱註(1)及(2)]，並具備十一年相關工作經驗；或
- (v)在香港高級程度會考兩科高級程度科目考獲E級或以上成績，以及在香港中學會考另外三科考獲第3級／C級或以上成績，或具備同等學歷[請參閱註(2)及(3)]，並具備十一年相關工作經驗；或
- (vi)在香港中學文憑考試英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，並另有四科考獲第2級或同等或以上成績，或具備同等學歷[請參閱註(1)]，並具備十二年相關工作經驗；或
- (vii)在香港中學會考英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，並另有四科考獲第2級／E級或以上成績，或具備同等學歷[請參閱註(3)]，並具備十二年相關工作經驗；及
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學會考／香港中學文憑考試英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具備同等成績[請參閱註(3)] 。
申請人如 –
- (i)具備優良的英語溝通及書寫能力；
- (ii)擁有悅耳的廣播聲線；
- (iii)熟悉時事及公共事務；及／或
- (iv)具備執行網上發布工作的技巧，包括能善用文字、照片、聲音、 視像及社交媒體等工具
則更為理想。
Candidates should have –
- (a)
- (i)a Hong Kong degree, preferably in Journalism & Communication, or equivalent; and 6 years’ experience in journalism / sub-editing or broadcasting; OR
- (ii)an accredited associate degree or an accredited higher diploma, preferably in Journalism & Communication, from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 8 years’ relevant experience; OR
- (iii)an accredited diploma, preferably in Journalism & Communication, from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 10 years’ relevant experience; OR
- (iv)Level 3 or equivalent or above in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent [See Notes
- (1)& (2)]; and 11 years’ relevant experience; OR
- (v)Grade E or above in 2 subjects at advanced level in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination and Level 3 / Grade C or above in 3 other subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Notes
- (2)& (3)]; and 11 years’ relevant experience; OR
- (vi)Level 2 or above in English Language together with 4 other subjects at Level 2 or equivalent or above in the HKDSEE, or equivalent [See Note (1)]; and 12 years’ relevant experience; OR
- (vii)Level 2 or above in English Language together with 4 other subjects at Level 2 / Grade E or above in the HKCEE, or equivalent [See Note (3)]; and 12 years’ relevant experience; AND
- (b)met the language proficiency requirement of Level 2 or above in English Language in the HKCEE / HKDSEE, or equivalent [See Note (3)].
Candidates who possess –
- (i)excellent command of written and spoken English;
- (ii)good broadcasting voice;
- (iii)sound knowledge of public and current affairs; and / or
- (iv)skills in undertaking web publishing work, including handling text, photo, sound, video and social media
will have an advantage.
